The Area:

This beautiful cabin is located in the Mountain Shadows Resort. There is an outdoor, seasonal pool and a playground for guests to enjoy. The cabin is very convenient to city centre Gatlinburg (10-minute drive) and several entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, making it an excellent location for both fun and adventure.

Getting Around:

We recommend 4x4 wheel drive anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. This cabin features paved roads all the way up and is easy to reach, but 4x4 is always a good idea, especially during rainy or winter weather.

Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

• This cabin sleeps 8 guests maximum.

• 4x4 drive is recommended for Smoky Mountain travel.

• Gas fireplace is seasonal and operates approximately October–March, weather permitting.

• Coffee maker is a regular and Keurig combo—please bring your preferred coffee or K-Cups.

• Spa pool is drained, sanitised, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorised management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorised personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimise any disruption to your stay.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the spa pool. The spa pool has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
