We arrived early and they gave us the opportunity to enter the cabin as early as possible. When we entered, everything was clean and organized, with good security and all the equipment working. Excellent vacation.
My family is very outdoorsy and loved the visit to the Smokey Mountains. The cabin was exactly what my kids were hoping for. We have rented several VRBO’s and honestly for the price I did feel it was pretty bare. You do need to pay attention to what to bring, and if I am being perfectly honest for the price it was a bit high for the amenities. I would highly suggest even bringing your own linens, their sheets are pilled and not even hotel quality. We stayed just 3 nights and for that short of a time it met our needs.

Just a review!!
It was overall a great cabin! It was a lot further from downtown Gatlinburg than we expected (Just FYI No Uber/Lyft to this area and Taxi services are outrageous prices). The cabin itself needs a lot of updates: hot tub jets did not really work, only one usable pool stick, the shower handle fell apart while using it, and outdated appliances. The scenery is beautiful! We loved being next to the creek and hearing it while on the back porch. We would definitely go back but would be so much better with some updates!
We really enjoy the property. The scenery was beautiful. The drive into town was a little more than we wanted but we like the space and the environment. The kids had fun playing pool and enjoying the hot tub. We did have an issue with the hot water heater, but it was fixed immediately. The staff was very accommodating and checked on us daily in case we had any needs or concerns.
Cabin was neat and clean but if you long for the sounds of a bubbling brook or the quiet of the woods this property is not for you. The cabin is one of 3 on a medium size lot this one is 30 feet from moderately busy road. The hot tub never reached over 90 degrees. There are few basic amenities few towels, no iron, no washer and dryer and no extra bedding. Bring your own garbage bags and don’t rely on immediate help in the event of an emergency I used an incorrect alarm
Code and it took many calls to get help turning the alarm off and getting directions to work it properly. Not a good choice for families, not a good choice to visit Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg it’s a 30 + minute drive to Gatlinburg. We ended up staying in town or in the Park all day because going back and forth was just too miserable due to traffic and road construction. Additionally the upstairs bedroom never cooled due to poor ventilation. On our last day we were invaded with ants. I was disappointed my grandchildren had no place to play and certainly could not enjoy the 4’ wide 6” deep heavily wooded brook, stream or ditch running by the cabin.
It was a nice time. The accommodations were great. The oven probably needs to be updated and the WiFi wasn’t great. But the experience was really nice. I would stay there again.

We were very disappointed with the photos vs reality. This place was overgrown had not been mowed. Appliances hardly worked worn completely out. Pool table was crammed in a space so tight you almost break the window positioning your stick. It was so disappointing no view at all. The creek was nothing but a puddle of stagnant mosquito bed.
Front steps rotting wood. Toilets were made for toddlers so low to floor. This place is not as presented on website.

Very quite-just what we wanted.
Thought the yard and creek was bigger than it actually was by the pictures on the site but it honestly worked out nicely. Enjoyed our stay. Wished it had washer and drier, nobody wants go lug hinge dirty clothes. All in all so peaceful.Great choice!
