Olde Gatlinburg Place Condominiums are conveniently located just a short walk from all the Gatlinburg activities, dining, shopping and entertainment.
The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is just a quick drive past the Gatlinburg strip.
This newly renovated 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condo has all the comforts of home. Sleeps 6 with queen sofa-bed. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Easy entry from the parking area, there are 2 elevators for your convenience. We are located on the 3rd floor. We have no contact check in and check out.
The condo offers a kitchenette compete with granite counter tops, stone backsplash and a cook top. There is a dining area. The living room offers an electric fireplace and a flat screen TV. Each of the two bedrooms have a flat screen TV. There are two bathrooms for your convenience.
Linens are furnished: Sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and bath mat.
Please bring your own personal care items / toiletries.
Step out onto the balcony and hear Baskins Creek flowing. From the balcony take in the views and Gatlinburg's Sky Lift Park featuring the Sky Bridge.

306 Baskins Creek is located off traffic light 6 in downtown Gatlinburg. It's a quick walk or hop on the trolley at the end of the drive. While exploring some of the attractions you will find include: Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Sky Lift Park, Gatlinburg Space Needle, Anakeesta, and Ripley’s Believe it or not. Restaurants include Ole Red, The Peddler Steak House, Pancake Pantry, Tennessee Jed's, Big Daddy's Pizza and Crockett's Breakfast Camp just to name a few.
Don't forget the endless amount of shopping you will find not only in Gatlinburg, but also in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Stop in the shops of Gatlinburg's 8-mile Arts and Craft loop full of galleries, studios and crafts.
It's always fun to visit the Visitors Center for more information. You will learn of so many things to see and do you will start planning your next trip to the mountains.

Great location, super clean condo

Had a wonderful stay! Condo was just right for wife and son with, very comfortable recliner, cozy electric fireplace. Walking distance to many attractions and restaurants yet very quiet.

Just Right!

We were visiting Gatlinburg for a wedding and wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of this perfect location! So close to the Village Shops and all the fun restaurants on the main drag. Ron and Sandy are great and their pictures online don’t do the place justice! Comfy beds and so clean everywhere! We will definitely try to stay here again if we get to come back!

Nice clean safe place to stay

Condo was beautifully decorated clean well maintained. There was a hanging on the wall with things to do and places to eat which we enjoyed doing the majority of! We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Would definitely recommend this condo.

2nd stay at this rental. Location is awesome, condo is wonderful. Owners are great to work with. Have never had an issue. So clean and everything you need. Even the aofa bed is comfortable!

Perfect condo and perfect location

Loved the balcony and fall decor. Perfect location, short walking distance to the village and several good restaurants. I've been to Gatlinburg many times and usually stay in a cabin, but this condo and location made for one of the best trips yet. We'll be back.

Great value & location

This is an excellent condo for the price and location. The unit was quiet and well-furnished. The beds were comfortable with decent linens, plenty of towels, and everything was very clean. All the appliances, A/C units, TV's, etc. were in good, working order. The hosts were great - good communication and clear instructions. I'd definitely stya here again!

Beautiful and CLEAN condo that was perfect for our visit to Gatlinburg. We had two couples, so each had a bedroom and a bathroom to themselves. Lovely area to hang out in the evening and plan our next day’s adventures. We enjoyed having the balcony to relax on as well. The location was wonderful. Easy parking and an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg and all the sights. Less than a half hour trip to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. We would highly recommend this condo for future travelers.

Great location walking distance to main strip.

The condo was very nice ,updated , clean and even decorated for Easter. Corner unit so balcony was sizable. We went in March so pool and hot tub were still closed. Quick walk to the main attractions. I would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Long weekend

My husband and I along with another couple went to Gatlinburg for the weekend. The condo was in a great location to walk to all the things we wanted to do. Condo was extremely clean and very cute!! Would definitely go back.

Making memories

We were relieved to find that the condo was exactly as pictured and reflected the exceptional rating. Owners’ commitment to cleanliness, comfort, communication, and convenience made it the perfect place for our family. This was our first experience booking with VRBO and Sandy’s prompt, friendly communication made it a breeze. I requested to change the date by one day & she couldn’t have been nicer or made it easier. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Exactly as advertised

We came to TN for a UT football game with friends. Location is perfect for walking downtown Gatlinburg and driving into Knoxville for Gaameday, just an hr away. Condo was very clean with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable and communication with owner was immediate. Not that we needed anything but it was good to know they were there if we did. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again. No more sketchy, over priced hotel rooms for football season for us!

Fall Break in Gatlinburg

The condo was exactly as pictured- sweetly decorated for fall, too. It was more spacious than I thought it’d be and smartly designed to avoid feeling cramped while still including all amenities of a VRBO. The entry wall with all the hooks was great to keep our multiple bags and hats organized and out of the way. There’s ample room in three different dressers. We only used AC- the units worked well and kept the condo cool and comfortable. We didn’t cook, but from what I saw the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and neat- except for a few cobwebs around the windows. Checking in/out was a breeze (no issue with keyless entry) and we didn’t have to do much to prep the condo for cleaning. Parking was easy to manage and the area felt and seemed safe. One thing to note- the trash truck came every day. The first morning (Monday) it came at 2am and woke myself and 2 of our children up. The second morning it came at 4am and the third morning 7am. Other than that, there was no noise around the building that disturb us. Proximity to the main drag of Gatlinburg was great. We were able to walk there daily within 10 minutes or less. I especially liked being close to The Village shops and Anakeesta. We would recommend this condo to anyone and will keep it in mind for future visits.
