Luxury spacious cabin with outdoor grill area overlooking downtown Gatlinburg. Views of the Smokies and downtown out of every north Facing window. Relax in your own private indoor pool with a big bay door that opens to the deck overlooking downtown. Sit just outside the pool in the hot tub and listen to the sounds of the Smoky Mountains.

Access to 3 Chalet Village club houses which include seasonal swimming pool and a workout room. Also comes with the Chalet Village discount program for local vendors.

Top Level
The 3rd level bedroom is the largest takes up the entire footprint of the home giving you plenty of space to spread out. A king bed and fireplace with your own reading area, dual vanity's and a huge walk in tile shower with dual shower heads. A wall of windows provides the unique view of downtown and the beautiful Smoky Mountains.

Main Level
The Main level king bedroom also has a wall of windows giving you the evening twinkles of the downtown lights and the daytime views of the Smokies. With its own full bathroom and a shower/tub combo.

You will find the fully equipped kitchen on this level as well as the Dining area and the 2 story great room with a big screen TV, fireplace, and a sleeper sofa for your added guests sleeping needs.

Lower Level
On the lowest level of the home you will enter the media area with arcade games including Golden Tee and a stand up multi-cade featuring a multitude of gaming classics like Pac-man, Galaga, Centipede, Donkey Kong and many more. In addition there is theater seating and a big screen TV to enjoy a movie or the big game!

From here you can enter the indoor heated pool through a secured and alarmed door. Open the bay door to open your experience to the sounds and sites of the Smokies. If the muscles are tired after a long day of hiking or shopping you can step through the bay door to relax in the hot tub.

Outside:
In front of the house beside of the paved parking is our grill area. The Chef can look over downtown and the Smokies while they are searing your steaks to perfection. Feel free to take your meal inside or use the outdoor picnic area to enjoy the surroundings. Sit around the fire-pit and enjoy the fresh air of the Smoky Mountains!

Awesome Place!

We had an awesome time staying at rainwater falls. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the video/arcade games. The adults enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and very clean.

Fun family get away

The cabin was perfect for our family, offering great views and the pool made for an amazing activity when not wanting to venture downtown. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

Perfect location

Clean, beautiful home! Pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing. Kitchen was perfect and beds were COMFY. Owner was easy to reach for questions and so polite! Overall, I believe it had the best location we could’ve asked for proximity to towns, the view and comfort. Bears visited every day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had an amazing stay at rainwater falls. My kids absolutely loved having their own private pool! The place was very clean and neat. The only thing my husband and I thought was missing was a door for the upstairs bedroom and loft area. It was not private at all. But next time we would probably take downstairs bedroom and let the kids have that upstairs area. We did see a bear coming up from the mountains on the side of the house and it climbed in back of neighbors truck and was going through their bags. The kids loved it.

The entire Bear Tracts team is absolutely AMAZING to work with! This home is gorgeously landscaped, well taken care and has everything you could need to make your stay memorable. The location is excellent and the views, both day and night, are mesmerizing! The outdoor space and parking is well kept, complete with picnic table, grill & fire area. Keep your car doors locked though as we did have a bear visitor in our van! Mr. Bear left when no food was found and left only muddy paw prints behind! The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family! There is a bathroom and large shower space within the pool room, so you do not have to worry about making a wet mess in other spaces. The proximity of the hot tub and pool to each other is not to be overlooked as a major bonus!! Remember to bring your pool towels! The beds were comfortable and extra pillows were also available. Plenty of space to hide away luggage and hang or put away clothing, etc., is available in both rooms. The dual shower heads and giant shower space in the master was a fun extra for our little guys! Each space was very clean with gorgeous views from every angle (even the view from the toilet is top notch, ha!). The kitchen is well stocked and pots and pans are in excellent condition with no scratches or flaking of surfaces. The knives were actually sharp! Cutting boards, dishes, cups, and variety of utensils are also provided. The refrigerator was very clean and like new.Tip: The water takes a while to warm up in all locations (to be expected), and the kitchen sink you need to pull the handle toward you for hot water. But once it gets hot, its HOT! The Team at Bear Tracts, notably Tim and Elliot, were on top of any and everything we had questions on or needed assistance with. Fun times

Very clean, very nice place but if you have little ones this is not the place for you. The master bedroom has an open concept and my granddaughter could have went over the edge.

Beautiful cabin, beautiful views

The cabin was immaculate and had amazing views from every level. My family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and golf game. The driveway is very steep and narrow and there is only enough parking on the top flat area for one car so be prepared for that. Also, it appears there was no expense spared with the cabin but the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The loft bed required you to lay in the middle or you would roll off. This made it difficult to sleep 2 people comfortably. Also, I saw in other reviews as well, the pool temperature was a little too cool. It was not comfortable most of the time- a degree or 2 warmer would have been much more pleasant. Overall the cabin was great and the couple negatives could easily be fixed.

Overall great stay

This cabin was beautiful and had the amenities that we were looking for with the built in pool, hot tub, game room. The views were also spectacular, being able to look down over Gatlinburg was lovely. The only reason why I wouldn't give this 5 stars was that we didn't feel that the finishing touches were consistent with the nightly rate being charged. The provided toiletries were very much lacking in quality, so much so, we avoided using them. I would highly recommend bringing all of your own toiletries, soap, dish soap, and hand towels. We also found that the furniture wasn't very comfortable (beds were great though!) and there were no throw blankets or pillows provided. So, it didn't necessarily have that "cozy" feel. If we stayed again we would bring our own pillows/blanketsAgain, overall we had a great stay! It was just the little things that took away from being able to give a 5-star review.

Valentines trip

We loved the cabin we stayed in! Super clean and spacious enough for our group! Everything was easily accessible. The only thing that didn’t work was the waterfall on the pool, and it wasn’t heating the water. Besides that everything else was perfect for our little getaway! Thank you so much

Nice Vacation

The waterfall for the pool, which we were looking forward to, and the Golden Tee game. We really enjoyed the game the first two days and then that TV went out. Fireplace in living room wasn't working, either. That's the negative. This cabin is nice and in a very good location. We go every year and this is one of the nicer ones we have stayed in and definitely the best location.
