Downtown on the Little Pigeon River!

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

Fantastic stay

Property was very clean and accurate to the description of property. Pretty much in the middle of Gatlinburg which makes it easy to get to either end. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Property!

This place was one of our favorite stays and we’ve stayed at several in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. This will definitely be where we stay when we come back to visit. I don’t think pics done it justice.

This property is in a great location. Close enough to walk to all the activities but in a quiet area when it was time to sleep. Very clean and looked like it had been recently been redone. Bed was comfy and there was a balcony overlooking the stream. Would stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean condo. Walk to all the attractions within Gatlinburg or walk to the trolley stop just around the corner. Park your car and forget about it.

A Great Hidden Place In Gatlinburg

This is a great location and place to stay. Very price competitive with the local hotels but like staying at home and hotels cannot offer that! There were no issues and the property is well maintained, clean, and well furnished. The extra blankets and towels were a plus and we had a washer and dryer. A great location and you can be at your favorite restaurant or shop with a short walk, or you can cook in. It is short and quick drive to the Gatlinburg by-pass to get way from traffic or to get to the Smokey's entrance. Parking was great and easy accessible.

Great property

Super clean, spacious, close to the strip, but not noisy. Nice balcony. Both sofas pull out into a bed. 6 people can sleep comfortably here. River Rd is nice to walk if you want to avoid the crowds on the main strip.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I booked this condo for our fall break with our 2 children. I will say it was a little tricky to locate because of the trees but it was in a great location. We were able to walk to everything on the gatlinburg strip and not have to worry about parking. The process to check in was simple and easy. The room was a perfect size for a family of 4! We really enjoyed staying here and will probably book again if we chose to go to Gatlinburg again.
