"DOWNTOWN BEAR CABIN" near downtown Gatlinburg!

  • This beautiful one level cabin is easy to get to and close to downtown! Accommodating 4 people (up to 6 with pull-out sofa-bed) with two master bedrooms with en-suite baths. There is a large kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to cook meals or grab a quick snack as you head out for the days adventures.
    The central living area includes a kitchen with bar seating open to the living room with a dining table and chairs. The living room has comfy furniture including a sleeper sofa.
    Come back from your daily adventures in the evening to enjoy a soak in the hot tub and time on the large covered deck.

We had an excellent stay at Downtown Bear Cabin! The cabin was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, making it easy to enjoy shops, restaurants, and attractions without dealing with heavy traffic.The cabin itself was cozy and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt private and peaceful while still being close to everything, which was the best of both worlds. This was our second year staying at this cabin and we absolutely love it. We are already booked for next year too! The host is incredibly nice and the cabin is always clean and welcoming. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils and dinner ware for preparing meals if you don’t feel like going out. I highly recommend this cabin for your next Gatlinburg adventure!

Cabin stay is great to relax after all the activities in gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Hot tub was a hit. Everything was very clean and cozy. The host is very accommodating and responsive.

Great cabin!

Cabin is as described and pictured. One of the cleanest cabins we've rented and it's in a good location. One thing to note, there is no closet in one of the bedrooms and they could really use some hooks in various locations in the room so you can hang clothes. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience

The cabin was located in a nice area away from downtown, so it made for a quiet stay. Property was well kept and cabin was clean and in order. Our little one got to see a bear each day as it walked around the yard and ate Kudzu. We will definitely stay here again. Very nice rental property.

Good location up a narrow windy road

Comfortable but could use some extra touches for guests like bar stools, new sheets, luggage racks, hooks to hang clothes. We enjoyed ourselves despite the crowds in town, but location was excellent.
