Comfortable convenient location

Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg and all it's attractions. Quiet upper floor unit. Plenty of parking. Spacious, clean and comfortable.

Enjoyed our stay

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this condo and it's a great place. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience in location as opposed to when we used to stay up on one of the mountains with dark, steep, curving roads. We are all in our mid-70's now so this is totally much more easier on older folks.

Great place to stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was in a great location. Close to downtown but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The unit was clean and comfy. We really enjoyed all the games that were available. We only live about 2 hours from Gatlinburg and have already said we will be returning here next time we decide to visit.

Another Great Gatehouse Vacation

Location was perfect for us. Short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Short drive to a grocery store and restaurants. Condo was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The weather was nice enough for us to enjoy sitting on the balcony to watch and listen to the stream rushing by. Nice parking space in the garage. We will definitely stay at the Gatehouse again.

Tennessee vacation

Conveniently located. Nice and roomy. Beautiful place to stay. It was nice to be able to cook some of our meals. We enjoyed having the pool. It was nice to be able to wash some clothes. My husband really enjoyed the balcony.

This condo was perfect! Checked all the boxes. It was much bigger in person. Plenty of space for our family of 5. 2 adults, 5 year old and twin boys 15 mths. Host was very responsive.

Summer football camp

We are repeat guests and had another wonderful experience! We love the location, property, and views from the balcony. Communication with our host was fantastic and very responsive to our needs. Love the improvements they are doing in the condo. Everything was spotless when we arrived and in great working order. Will absolutely be staying here whenever we are in Gatlinburg!!

Wonderful accommodations

Beautiful well maintained property. Enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and listening to the babbling brook behind the condo. Our host Brittany was helpful with setting up the visit and contacting us with all our questions and needs in a timely manner. Property is located just minutes from downtown but is remote and quite. We hope to return soon.

Girl’s Trip

We had so much fun! The condo was fabulous!!! It was so clean that it sparkled!! We had a fire every evening. 401 is just like home!!! Our host was so kind and professional…. No problems at all!!! I recommend this condo to everyone!!! We’ve stayed in different ones on different floors…. Our visit last time the fireplace gas was cut off three days before we left! We were highly irritated and will never use Elk Springs Resort again.

Labor Day weekend

The condo was very nice and extremely well stocked. We were very happy with everything. The balcony and creek were awesome and relaxing. We sat out there every evening and morning. The only downside I can think of is for some reason I thought it was closer to the strip than it was. We like to be within a half mile or less and it was about a mile and a half walk or so to get everywhere we wanted to go. We still had an amazing time and would definitely recommend!
