Excellent location downtown Gatlinburg 5 minutes away by vehicle. Pigeon Forge 15 minutes away, great location for any type of last minute delivery. Living room couch is uncomfortable and it’s a small area for a large group we had 7 and couldn’t have a movie night. The basement is really nice all bedrooms are nice with private bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and clean. Our upstairs bedroom big crumbs on the ground. Same bedroom had brown soap dried up on corner right. Jacuzzi was elite and very nice. The creek access was very nice as well as the sound of water was very relaxing to sit on the balcony and listening. The celling fans in every one are a luxury the area is super quiet. The swing next to the Jaccuzzi was another great touch. We didn’t one bear 🐻. I would recommend booking this place. You will hear chainsaw’s as it’s close to a location where they carve wood into bears. However it’s not to bad
