Moonshine Mountain is a CUSTOM BUILT LUXURY CABIN with a top floor GAME ROOM that is simply AWESOME. We have loaded it with everything from an 8' POOL TABLE to a 65 INCH HDTV (with streaming), a BARREL ARCADE with over 50 games, MS PAC-MAN, NBA JAM, MORTAL KOMBAT, and a digital PINBALL MACHINE! We also put in a SIDE BY SIDE BASKETBALL SHOOT-OUT and GOLDEN TEE DELUXE! We also have over 10 board games in stock and plenty of space to lounge out and watch a movie in front of the fireplace!

Our kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with everything from wine glasses to waffle makers and everything in between! We love preparing food in our family and wanted to ensure our guests had every available opportunity to make world class meals in our kitchen!

MOONSHINE MOUNTAIN sits east of Gatlinburg in the Cobbly Nob resort area just above the Gary Player designed Bent Creek Golf Course. Our LOCATION is PERFECT to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg while still being a quick drive to all the restaurants and attractions that the town has to offer!

What makes Moonshine Mountain different? You will be interacting directly with us during your entire stay. We are not a large property management company. We are a family dedicated to providing you with unmatched customer service! Any and all questions or issues that arrive, we will PERSONALLY HANDLE for you.

A VERY PRIVATE HOT TUB sits just outside the Living Room on the 1st floor deck. You don’t have to worry about your neighbors prying eyes at Moonshine Mountain! Turn on the jets, slip in, and let any stresses you brought just melt away.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. What Linens are included? – We provide linens for beds, bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, and wash cloths.

2. What household supplies are provided? – We provide you with one set of travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash per full bathroom. Toilet paper and hand soap are also provided. Additionally, we’ll also provide you with paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, trash bags, and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

3. What does the kitchen include? –The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, waffle maker, crock-pot, blender, various size pots & pans, a teapot, and a regular coffee pot. BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE!

4. Do you provide any baby items? –We provide a high chair, Pack-N-Play, and kids place settings.

5. Do you provide a grill? – Yes. There is a gas grill outside.

6. Do you provide fire wood? – No need, the fireplace is electric.

8. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? – Yes! Our hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled for every stay.

9. What time is check-in and check-out? – You may check in any time after 4:00 PM and you must checkout prior to 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

10. How is the drive up to the cabin? - The roads are well maintained and paved. However, the final mile is definitely steep and can be intimidating for people not used to driving in the mountains!

11. Do I need 4-wheel drive? – Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.

12. Is this cabin secluded? – Mostly yes. You will not have neighbors on top of you right next door, but you will be able to see other homes in the immediate area.

13. What TV package / channels do you provide? – We provide internet streaming services for all of our TVs. Please note we do not provide traditional cable TV.

14. What type of internet to you provide? – We provide unlimited high speed (800 MBPS) cable internet with Wi-Fi.

15. I’m trying to book but it won’t let me. What’s wrong? - The majority of problems are with your credit card company not allowing the charge. Please contact them first. Also, please ensure you have a verified ID on file.

16. How many parking spaces are there? - We have parking in front of the cabin for 4 vehicles.

17. Do you decorate for the holidays? – Yes! We decorate for Christmas between Nov-Jan each year.
