Situated behind the Gary Player designed Par 72 Bent Creek Golf course Pinnacle View is easy to get to less than 1 Mile of Highway 321.
Yet isolated enough that there is a family of black bears that will frequent this part of the mountain.

Only a couple minutes to some great Hiking Trails and just 20 minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park!
Only 35 Minutes to Pigeon Forge!

Plenty of room in this 3 Bedroom 3 Bath Cabin with 2 Master Suites on the main level, a comfortable relaxing space with a cozy electric fireplace, a newly remodeled and well equipped Kitchen including a Keurig & Coffee Pot (bring your own coffee of K-Cups), and everything you could need for your stay. Both Bedrooms feature large Smart TV's including all your favorite apps (must log into your own apps).

The Back deck features a large 4 person Hot Tub, Seating and an amazing View of Greenbriar Pinnacle

Downstairs you'll discover another bedroom with a Queen Bunks, another Full Bathroom, wet bar and large entertainment area featuring a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Multicade Game and Large 65" TV. Plus a Sleeper Sofa and seating for everyone.

Throughout this cabin you'll find new Smart TV's in every bedroom and living area each connected to WiFi with Netflix and other apps (log into your own accounts) and fast reliable high speed wireless internet.

Large FLAT parking area to accommodate just about anything you want to drive and NO steps to climb to get to the front door!

Come to the mountains and enjoy Pinnacle View!

Do not feed or interact with the Bears or any wildlife.
Make sure all trash outside is placed in the bear proof trash bins.
Never leave trash bags or food outside.

By booking this property you and all persons hereby adhere to all articles of the Rental Agreement.

Should you bring more guests than reflected by your reservation you may be asked to leave the property without a refund and/or pay an additional $25 per night per person.

You are in nature and there are bears and other wildlife in the area.

Individual booking cabin must be at least 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

As with all cabins in the area the fireplace is shut down April 1 - October 1.

We do not offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, there will be an additional charge.

Condiments, zip locks and coffee are NOT provided

Please message us before booking more than 8 people!

Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged $175 and asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires other than in the Fireplace! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages

We have no control over weather or the potential issues that can arise due to acts of god or nature. Refunds will not be available beyond normal cancelation policies due to issues outside our control. If this is a concern I recommend purchasing travel insurance just in case.

Relaxing time away

We really enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was so spacious. It was well maintained and we instantly fell in love. We love the area and would definitely stay here again!!

Great Cabin

We loved the location as we wanted to be away from crowds but close enough to town when we wanted to venture in. The cabin feels secluded but is very easy to access and close to anything you would need. We loved the game room and hang out area downstairs. We would stay here again!

Great getaway

Great place outside of Gatlinburg right off a very nice golf course. Kids loved game room, hot tub and golf. Great family vacation.

Great Location

The cabin was clean and plenty of room for all 3 families. The location was just out of Gatlinburg about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. I would stay here again.

Smoky Mountain Getaway

We all enjoyed the stay. Place was found as advertised, clean and ready for us on time. Great basement play/gathering area. Everyone enjoyed the multicade and pool table. It was a great spot to unwind at the end of a few busy days.

Beautiful views, and bear sightings everyday

The cabin was very nice, and clean. The views were gorgeous. We saw bears everyday. The host were very nice, and checked in on us. My kids loved it. The beds were comfortable. Once on the main road it’s a straight shot to downtown Gatlinburg. We would love to stay here again.

Nice place

The host is very nice and quick to respond. He seems like he truly cares about his guests and their stay. The cabin is nice and cozy. Pretty view. Plenty to do with the game room and hot tub. The only cons were there wasnt enough silverware (and we even brought our kids spoons and forks), and the lighting is most rooms (minus the kitchen) was so dim and it was hard to see. The place was decorated so cute for Christmas!

Breathtaking

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! Spring Break Trip with the family was perfect. Wonderful communication and flexible accommodations for last minute change of dates. Cabin is just as described. Perfect driving distance to anything you have planned for your trip with the hustle and bustle of the busy traffic. Oh, and the view! We had the most beautiful sunset on our last night! Didn’t want it to end. 10/10 everyday! Looking forward to visiting again.

Amazing View

It was a very nice and clean cabin. The view was amazing. I loved not having to go up such a steep hill just to get to the cabin. The only thing I would suggest is that there be a TV in the living room. Not everyone wanted to go downstairs to watch tv. But we did love playing pool,the arcade game and of course the hot tub. The host Derek is awesome helped me out and answered my questions right away! Would totally book it again!

Great location amazing view

Our group of 9 had plenty of room. The game room kept our 5 kids entertained after our days out exploring the towns. The view was picturesque and so nice to wake up to. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The only two issues were that the bed in the room with the big shower was VERY uncomfortable and shower in the other bathroom was very small. I’m not a big person and it was very cramped. Over all it was a great place to stay. Derek responded to our questions quickly and the check in and out was super simple. Thank you Derek :)

Suited our Needs

This cabin suited our needs. Things we thought it could use would be a TV on the main floor living area as there are only tvs in bedroom, an island or counter top for kitchen as there isn’t much there, more comfortable seating for main level (there is currently one couch, two small chairs that look a little fragile and a kitchen table). The bathroom showers are all quite small except for guest bedroom on main level which is nice and big. The downstairs was spacious and a great place for our teens to hang out (had a pool table, foosball table, arcade game). The view from out the back of cabin was nice. Overall it suited our needs.
