Come enjoy beautiful Gatlinburg in this newly decorated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. The kitchen opens to the dining room and living room with fire place. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the balcony. There are 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. The condo features a pool. The location is great, close to downtown but still quiet for a nice evening on deck looking at the lights. The unit is on the third floor and no elevator.

Nice place to stay. Very clean and beds were very comfortable as was the whole condo. The host was very responsive and helpful. Close to town but a very steep hill on return if walking. Would book again.

3 moms and daughters stayed here, and it fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels. If the weather was nice, we could have walked to most places, although the walk back to the condo may have been steep. I appreciate that this place is nice, yet still very affordable. I would stay here again!

Everything was clean. Great location close to the main road in Gatlinburg. Walkable but a little steep. Great view from the patio, can see the SkyBridge.

Thanksgiving get away

Very clean and quite. Plenty of space to spread out. Location was perfect for getting to Gatlinburg by foot or car. Kitchen was was well stocked. Would recommend to friends and I would stay here again. Host was very good about getting back to us no matter the question.

Great views esp Gatlinburg at night

We were in town for a 450 Santa Famroom. ily Reunion gathering. Location overlooks the City, the local trolley stops right in front. We loved the accommodations, great balcony. Well furnished, looked like new. We were on third floor, no elevator but worth the view. Three big king sized beds, TV in every room. Two full baths. Kitchen was well equipped. While its easy to walk down to the main drag, coming back uphill and then up the VERBO is only for experienced climbers LOL.

Great Location

We had a great time. Location was perfect. Far enough from the main drag to be out of the crowd, but close enough for the view. I really appreciated directions posted for the nearest grocery. It did not show up in my search.

Our condo was nicely decorated and very clean. It’s located close enough to walk or take trolley to attractions on main strip. Traffic noise was very minimal. Host was very courteous and provided timely communication. I would gladly book again.

Great Condo! Great Location!

Condo is exactly as advertised. Clean! Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and even a washer & dryer. Host, Angie was a gem to communicate with. Location is within walking distance to downtown (light 6 at Aquarium), however, it’s uphill on the way back so beware, it’s a doozy. We had a wonderful time with our adult kids. We’ll definitely be back and book this condo again!

Perfect Place

This was the perfect condo for our family to stay for our trip to Gatlinburg. Everything was clean and worked as it should. You can see the Sky Bridge and Anakeesta from the balcony. We also saw bear everyday we were there. Angie was so easy to communicate with and made the check in/check out process a breeze. Would definitely stay here on our next trip.

Great place close to downtown!

We went on a couple's weekend, and this condo was perfect for what we needed. 2 king beds and a queen! Wonderful. Angie was great with communication before and during the stay! The only thing about thr property is that GPS doesnt take us to the right road eaisly. It is easy to pass if youre not paying attention. PS.i am so sorry, i didnt realize that we left food in thr fridge. Im sorry Angie!

Condo in the Smokies

It fit our family of six perfectly. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms was the main reason we booked it. The large balcony was a bonus! There was a trolley stop just outside the driveway. The walk to town wasnt too bad, if you decided to walk. The cons were the garbage truck woke us up at 5:00 every morning. Some fixtures and coverings could be updated. It was a great trip!

Quick trip to GSMNP

The property manager was extremely responsive to our concerns. Angela also gave good directions and quickly returned calls. Verbo incorrectly placed property on reservation map - boo. Condo had a great location but nice views were to south and west. Very comfortable and cozy unit. Probably would help to have wifi access. Thank you for hosting us!

Nice view

Love the view. The apartment was outdated. I would recommend updating it. We didn’t feel comfortable with that part. It looked pretty clean but there was some debris that I had to wipe up. The property manager was great, she answered any questions I had. You could walk to down town but we didn’t. There was a parking lot down the road for $15.
