Donna was a very attentive host, answering right away in regards to anything we needed to text her about. Several times leading up to our arrival she emailed us helpful links about town, shortcuts to get around town, as well as some attractions to visit. The cabin is conveniently located close to Pigeon Forge, and just a very short drive to down town Gatlinburg.
We enjoyed our visit. Gatlinburg was a lot of fun and this was a great location. The house was clean, cozy and well equipped for our family. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.
Stayed for 5 nights with our adult children and dog. Had a great time. Property was well equipped, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly! Would definitely stay again.
Great base camp for Gatlinburg. Clean accommodations and far enough from Gatlinburg to avoid the hustle and bustle. East access to Great Smoky Mountains
My husband, two dogs and I walked into the most beautiful cabin we've ever seen. All three decks were fantastic! The cabin has everything you could possibly need. The location is just far enough from the hustle and bustle. It was the perfect getaway!
Our stay was great. The cabin was conveniently located to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplaces on the wintery nights. The cabin had plenty of room and was well stocked with basic necessities. Property owners were excellent. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay st the Bearfoot cabin. Donna communicated with us prior to arriving, and gave us many suggestions for things to do in the area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances. The beds were comfy and we loved all the outdoor decks. The hot tub was great to come home to each night.
This cabin was so wonderful and had everything you should need and want. The location is so closed to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My grandsons loved the community pool and my son enjoyed the hot tube. The owners are so wonderful to work with and enjoy the help they provide about the area. Wonderful in allowing pets. Overall outstanding vacation.
We loved Bear Feet. It was the perfect property for our family trip. It was cute and cozy. Donna was in touch multiple times before the stay and was easy to contact when we needed her during the stay.
The property is extremely well laid out and decorated. It had everything we needed. Plenty of space, pool table, hot tub, grill, TV’s with Roku everywhere, and fireplaces. It was a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of hiking or visiting stores and activities in Gathering. Perfect location, close enough to everything, but not too close. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at Bear Feet.
We loved the aesthetic of the cabin, perfectly authentic and beautifully decorated with FULL amenities, everything we needed, and didn't realize we needed until we did, was all there. The beds were very comfortable. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Our favorite part was the outside multi-level decks. It's a nice short drive into Gatlinburg without having to be IN the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg. The proximity to Food City is amazing, just a few minutes drive. As well as the little plaza shops along the way, worth the stop! Highly recommend this cabin!
The cabin was clean and well kept and has the most thoroughly appointed kitchen of any cabin I’ve ever used in over 40 years of regularly visiting Gatlinburg. The cabin is located in a small development with several other cabins and the area was mostly quiet thanks to the quiet hours that start at 10pm. Two bedrooms on the main and another downstairs in a suite offered lots of space. The decks on the main and lower levels are covered which was also nice.
The cabin was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were made up for us, towels were provided in the bathrooms and for the pool and hot tub. We had a few bear sightings ( which were interesting), so know that they are in the area.
We brought our dog, which was wonderful to have him. Just know that the cabin is on a hilly road so walking a dog might be laborous.
We enjoyed some mountain time, ( we used Donna's recommendations), spent a day visiting Dollywood (a fun place for teens) and spent a day relaxing at the pool.
We had a wonderful family vacation. Made many memories.
The cabin was so nice with fantastic decor. We are huge fans of all things Bear related and they had plenty. The cabin was very cozy with a very stocked kitchen. The 3 decks were used every day. The most comfortable furniture inside and out was on the lower level which is where we spent most of our time. The place was very clean with tons of towels by the door for the hot tub and plenty of towels for each bathroom. The location is about 5 minutes from the center of Gatlinburg which is perfect. We will definitely be staying at this cabin again next year. The owner was very quick to respond and very nice. I’d give it the highest rating possible!
Great house full of entertainment. Pool. Pool. Hot tub. TV’s everyplace. 10 person dining table. 3 deck and used them all. Deck 1 hot tub and sitting area. Deck 2 grill and sitting area and lounges. Deck 3 for sitting, star gazing. House location was near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so tons of access to activities. Yes, you may see a bear walk by but nothing to worry about. This is bear country. Great hikes, fishing, rafting, mountain coasters!!! I’d stay here again on my next visit.
We had a great time! The owners were wonderful and sent us plenty of communication before our stay. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed! The location was perfect and had easy access to town. We will definitely be back!
