Very easy check in and very welcoming. House was very clean and in a great location to where walking downtown was a ease. Host was very polite and inquiring if we needed anything to let them know
The cabin is amazing. Beautiful kitchen equipped with all of the things you need to cook. Very comfy couch in the living room and additional couches by the dinning area. Huge dinning table for the whole family. Very wellDecorated rooms with comfortable beds. The hot tub was so relaxing. 10000/10 recommend this cabin to anyone.
Perfect location for a quick Smokey Mountain vacation! Walking distance to downtown and the aquarium! Had pizza delivered and enjoyed the house one night too! A beautiful home with everything we needed!
The home was very clean and well stocked with everything even a larger group might need. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for preparing a full Thanksgiving feast. The driveway was flat and easy to use—much better than many homes in the area. The location is convenient as well: about a 15-minute walk to the edge of downtown and roughly 30 minutes to the center of the main strip. The amenities were a big highlight. The hot tub, fire table, basketball hoop, two arcade game cabinets, and the washer and dryer were all in great working condition and really added to the enjoyment of our stay.We had a couple of minor issues during our visit, but the property manager responded quickly each time and was helpful in resolving them. Our only real negative was that once or twice a day, a strong sewer smell appeared in a couple of the bedrooms and took a long time to dissipate. We contacted the property manager twice, and although they did come out and “fix” it, we were told it was caused by a vent flap sticking open. Unfortunately, this did result in someone having to sleep outside their bedroom on two separate nights.Overall, the home had many positives, and we would definitely consider staying here again—hopefully with the sewer smell issue fully resolved.
We usually stay up in the mountains but this was a shorter trip so the location was great because you’re right in town. In less than 2 minutes you’re at the light to go towards downtown Gatlinburg/ the National Park or go toward Pigeon Forge.
We loved everything about the property… the location was in walking distance to town. The house had EVERYTHING you could possibly think of to make your stay enjoyable. Communication was great.
Perfect house for a group of 4 couples. Everyone had a comfortable room and private bathroom. The location was very close to downtown Gatlinburg. We were able to walk to town and avoided the traffic. Everyone loved it.
We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect blend of being close to everything yet still feeling secluded and peaceful. The cabin was clean and spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
A couple of minor points to note: the floor mats in the bathroom and kitchen could use a good vacuuming, and for a cabin this size, I would have liked there to be a stock of essentials like toilet paper and garbage bags.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again!
The house is perfect for family gatherings, plenty of well appointed spaces. Primary bed was very comfortable, other family members stated their beds were not comfortable. We have already talked about coming back to this house. The basketball “court” was a big hit. Overall a good time was had by all.
Walk to town, no parking worries. Plenty of room for everyone. Video games, outdoor games, huge kitchen/dining area. Aunt Bugs is the host, they were easy to communicate with and helpful during and after our stay(we left some things behind).
The pictures don’t do this home justice. It is huge and everyone loved the stay there. There was an issue with the hot tub and when I contacted the owner there was someone there within an hour to fix it!! We will definitely be back❤️
Great place for our family of 10. House had a great layout, plenty of room for everyone. We never felt crowded. Very clean. Check-in was easy. Close to everything! Just walk down the steps and Gatlinburg is right there! Yet it was secluded and felt hidden away.
Two things: steps are quite steep and, number two; you do not have to go to the Smokies to see bears. We could watch them from the deck now and then. Truly enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.
Us 10 women stayed in the house. More than enough space. Great bedroom arrangement and plenty of bathrooms. The house is beautifully appointed and a very easy walk to downtown. We didn’t use the hot tub, but could have. Our schedule was so busy we didn’t really have time to enjoy the outdoor spaces but could have. The management company was very accommodating and very easy to work with. We will return
Christmas Wonderland! Our family came before Christmas to celebrate together. The entire house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Tons of space, many bedrooms & bathrooms, it is a perfect family getaway home. We walked downtown every day and never worried about traffic and parking. The house has so many luxury features like fireplaces in most bedrooms and towel warmers. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. The huge dinning table was fantastic. We already want to come back.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Water pressure in main bathroom sinks Downstairs bathroom tub very slow to drain they stood in waterMouse dropping in kitchen drawersHorrible septic smells on 3 occasions i called no one did anything to correct drainage or smellPorches were very dirty with debris I had to spend 1 hr cleaning that i would thought cabin would have been checked and made ready for our stay. 8,000 for 1 week i would have assumed it would be in top shape.
The house was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. We did have an issue with a sewage odor that would become strong at times. We reported the smell when we first arrived because it was overwhelming. They said that someone would come out and check. The smell was consistent during our entire stay - sometimes it would fade and sometimes it would cause us to leave the home. We could not use the lower bedroom because of the odor. The home is lovely and I would like to stay here again - if they can get the sewage smell eliminated.
The house is great, the location to everything is walkable, and Aunt Bugs was very on top of everything.
The only thing I would change is the 10am checkout, with all the people and kids we had it was tight and the house was kept clean the whole time. It was a great stay!
Quality space for bathing sleeping cooking eating visiting. Wonderful location walking distance to main Gatlinburg. For the cost I would have preferred a cleaner property.
Lovely home, great layout, and easy check-in. House was a short ten-minute walk from downtown and we saw bears in the yard nearly every day - including a momma and her two cubs.
Property was very nice for a group of 10. Parking is plentiful for many cars, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is huge. The basketball court and hot tub were a great way to end the evenings. Overall I would highly recommend this property. I would book again!
