This house was perfect for a family reunion with adults and kids. We had a great time and loved this house! The area is super cool and the neighborhood is great. The views of the house are incredible! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook all meals at the house, spacious bedrooms, no one complained about comfort of the beds, air conditioning worked well. The host was super friendly and very attentive via text message which was great! They also send over a lot of information on the house and area in advance which helped us a lot with planning and things to do in the area and clear instructions on what to expect for check in and check out. Overall highly recommend this place for a larger group trip to the smoky mountains!

Family Trip

Extended family got together to visit with each other. Location was excellent, number of bedroom and baths were excellent (we had 18 people). House is 4 levels so you will be using stairs inside or outside. Views of the mountain are wonderful. Communication with host is excellent.

Perfect place for our large group!

Our family group of 19 (ages 1-69!) totally enjoyed our stay at this property - lots of space and bedroom options for everyone, absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains, lots of fun amenities like the pool table, theater room, etc. We really had a great time!

My daughter's 21st birthday trip

First the communication before getting to the property was great and throughout the stay. The house was just like the pictures, big with enough room for my family and friends.It was clean when we arrived. The mountain view was so beautiful. We would definitely book again.

April family gathering

This is a wonderful place for a group greater than 20 including children teenagers or adults. Found it a beautiful location and close to Dollywood and aquarium. The jacuzzi was a big hit. Game room and extra plus and nice TVs

Cousin’s reunion..,

The property was wonderful.. we could have just stayed there and not left because there were so many things to do at the house. I hadn’t realized there were so many varied attractions in Gatlinburg and the surrounding area.

My fiancé and I stayed with a huge group of our closest friends. It was the best stay, the owners communicated well with their expectations while we stayed. The best views around. Only thing is there is no way to Uber!

Spring break 2025

If you're looking for a true cabin stay, then this is it. My family, a group of 23 including little ones, stayed here, and we were very comfortable. The place was well stocked, I especially appreciated all the labels, which made it supper easy to find things. The hosts were very responsive and took care of any issues that came up in a timely matter. My family vacation together every spring break for many years, and this was the 1st time we didn't need to bring seasonings, dish soap, or laundry detergents. The only cons I have are minimal. We felt that the games could use some upgrading, and we would have loved to see a couple of twin bed options. Otherwise, we would definitely stay at any of their other locations or back here if we come back to Tennessee.

My wife and I took 20 seniors on a trip to gatlinburg. This cabin met all of our needs! Please be aware that it is far away from most everything. We pulled a trailer and it was hard to navigate on the mountain, but we made it. The hosts were wonderful. The cabin was fun. Family Vacation

This was the perfect home for our family of 19. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and many potties to go around. Our view of the mountains was beautiful. We had game night one of the nights and had a blast. The house was big enough for all to participate, big and small and young and old! Thank you for letting us stay in your home. Thanksgiving Tradition

We have brought our family to Cobbly Nob for Thanksgiving for close to 30 years. This year four generations were represented with my husband and I, our children some with spouses, our grandchildren some with spouses and our very first great grandchild! We were the first to stay at this location when it was built and to be back here all these years later made the visit truly fun!

Family Cabin Weekend

The cabin was great for our family of 15 to gather and retreat together. We did not use the lower level apartment bedrooms because there was a musty basement smell and several of our family have asthma but there was plenty of room in the 7 bedrooms in the main cabin area for us. the view was amazing and we enjoyed the decks very much. Communication with the hosts was immediate and they were very accommodating. Would recommend this cabin and would stay here again.

2025 Family Trip

We were a family of 14 multi generation. We had a great time. The home was just as described we all fit comfortable. The worse part was coming up the mountain to reach the home. It was spacious and beautiful views. The homeowner werengreat and very on top of things. Would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay there.

Million Dollar View

Our journey into the Smokey Mountain National Park and then driving through Downtown Gatlinburg on our way to The Smokey Mountain Lodge from our home in Florida was absolutely wonderful and breathtaking. The Cabin had incredible views and provided all the space we needed for our family with 17 of us gathering. We had an incredible time not only experiencing Gatlinburg and surrounding area but spending a lot of time enjoying the cabin. The game room and Movie Theater were used every night, and the hot tub overlooking the mountains was as well. I had direct communication with Karolina, (owner) and, she answered any questions promptly and was so accommodating. Highly recommend for large groups!

Excellent Christmas in the Smokies!

Our family of 9 met up to stay in this wonderful cabin over the Christmas holiday. Our hosts were very responsive to the any questions or suggestions that we had regarding Gatlinburg. Everything was just as described in the listing. Cabin was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. The views were AMAZING! Our teenagers and adults loved the game room with many great competitions. I would absolutely recommend this rental. Thank you for sharing your cabin!

A home away from home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was clean, and accommodated all our guests. The owners were very professional and friendly. They made sure our stay at their cabin was as close to being home as possible. Would recommend this cabin to anyone with a large group and looking to have a good time.
