Location was as described . Great location in walking distance to the pool. Kitchen was stocked with necessary items though it lacked storage containers for leftovers. We saw bears daily. We would book again. Thanks for a wonderful house and a memorable vacation!!
My family loved the cabin very much. We were able to spend time together playing pool and ping pong. We had a great time at your cabin. The only thing we couldn't use was the grill. It didn't appear to be functioning order. Thanks so much for your time.

Family trip to the Smokys
While the house was large and afforded our family of 5 the ability to spread out, I was very disappointed in the lack of view of the Smokys (view was of very overgrown plants). In addition, the house is at an intersection and there is so much building going on all over the mountain, that the crews start coming up everyday between 7-7:30am, so no sleeping in on vaca.
The hosts provide dishes and pots, but there is NOTHING else provided. No soap, shampoo, condiments, cleaning supplies, spices, etc. I had to even buy my own laundry soap. Felt so unwelcoming.
The whole family enjoyed the game room and played pool or pingpong everyday. We did not use the community pool and only used the hot tub once ( it was slightly cold).
What really bummed me out about the property was the cleanliness. Yes, at the surface it looked clean, but all vents were caked with dirt, the washer had mildew all over the rubber when you open the door, the primary bathroom ceiling light/vent had dead bugs in it and the vent slats were caked in debris. The ceiling fan in the primary bedroom was unusable due to all the dust and junk on the blades. I couldn't even clean any of this because, as mentioned above, the host left nothing we could use to clean with. When you're paying $400+ a night, you expect the property to be cleaner than this one was.
We had great trip....as the Smokys are beautiful, I just wish we chose a different house to stay in.
We had such a great time at the cabin. It was only 10 min from downtown Gatlinburg with easy access to the trolley. The cabin itself had every amenity needed. The kids enjoyed the theatre and game room. Plus it was only steps from the pool. Highly recommend this cabin!
Nice, clean house, we loved that is was just steps away from the pool and pickleball so we could come and go easily. Beds were very comfortable. Loved sitting on back porch with the great views and in the hot tub. Teens enjoyed the theater room and ping pong.
Very happy with the cabin. Cabin was updated and well stocked for a weekend stay. It was a little difficult to find because we arrived after dark and there were no lights on, but not a big deal. We would stay there again.
This was our first stay as a family of 12 coming from different states for some summer fun. The house had everything we needed. Walking distance to the pool.
overall great experience.
It was a great experience. Very spacious and private. The kids loved it especially the game room and the mini cinema room. It was the perfect get-away.
The cabin was in a great location and plenty of room. A couple issues we had upon arrival was the fire alarm chirping as if the battery was low. I immediately contacted the host and I was instructed to remove the batteries which I did. I also requested a mouse trap because there were mouse droppings on the bed in the lower floor but was told they couldn’t because of safety issues, so I guess mouse droppings on the bed was not an issue. The hot tub was not usable as it was very dirty and the kitchen lights were mostly burnt out. A maintenance person did come out the next day to replace the dead batteries in the fire alarm and I showed him the kitchen lights but he didn’t know how to replace them as they were led’s, and I forgot to mention the surenge needle that my wife stepped on beside the bed. I also forgot at booking that I had to small dogs so I also let the host know that and was gladly charged the 169 dollars. I”m not sure who the owner is but I believe they should be aware of the people maintaining their investment.
The view was ok. Barely could see mountains, but the trees below were lovely and peaceful. location across the street from the pool was very convenient. It was overall clean.
Seemed a bit ridiculous that toiletries were not provided but we were prepared with extra as we were forewarned. We were not aware that we would only be supplied with 2 garbage bags so we did not bring any which was rather inconvienient, 3 families for 5 days produce a lot of garbage.
One of the bathrooms did not have the 4 towels in it. There were no sheets for the pull out couch.
The kitchen was not stocked with basic utensils. no pizza cutter, no scissors, No wine glasses, although there were plenty of plates, bowls, and drinking glasses. The lower bathroom shower had little water pressure. There was some mildew growing around all the showers.
The air conditioning was out when we got there,so we called at 7pm and left a message. The sun beats in from the tall windows in the evening and it was hot. I had to leave a second message around 8pm. By 9, I called the emergency number and left a 3rd message. Someone finally called me back and let me know there were a few people ahead and it would be close to midnight when they could get someone out.the guy finally came at 1am, only to say they would need to come back the next day. They did finnaly fix it by the next afternoon, and it was nice and cool.
Overall a great place, with some minor details that could be helped.
