A new cabin only 1 mile from the heart of Gatlinburg!

Our new cabin, just completed in 2020, is conveniently located in the city limits of Gatlinburg. You will be in perfect proximity to all the action yet secluded enough to enjoy the privacy of the mountains. Relax on the spacious front porch as you take in the views of Anakeesta with Ober Gatlinburg and the Sky Lift in the distance. You will be surrounded by the breathtaking majesty of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Our cabin features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with beds to accommodate 10 people. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full beds and 1 set of twin bunks in the game room.
There is ample parking in the driveway for 4 vehicles. Enjoy time with your family and friends in the game room as you shoot pool, play games or watch tv together. Spend some time on the upstairs balcony taking in the spectacular views of the mountains.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need. You will find new stainless steel appliances and the basic small kitchen appliances necessary to allow you to utilize the kitchen to prepare meals. Additionally, there is a charcoal grill outside. You may especially like the coffee bar area in the kitchen.

In our living room, you can relax on the comfy sectional, which offers a recliner on each end. During the winter months, stay warm by the fireplace.

Not only is the inside space cozy and relaxing, but you will find the outdoor space is a perfect spot to spend your evenings making smores by the fire pit or sitting simply in the hot tub.

Time for Adventure is a great place to take in all that the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer. You may even catch a glimpse of the area wildlife - the bears seem to enjoy walking right up the road.

Nice and quiet except for the new cabin being built next door but understandable. The bears were very active so we got some good pictures. I would highly recommend this cabin. I’ll keep an eye on this one for our next trip to Gattlinburg.

The cleanest cabin I have ever stayed in. It was well maintained and everything worked properly (an issue we have ran into at other cabins). Super close to Gatlinburg and we had a momma bear with her 3 cubs walk by every day we were there. Would absolutely recommend this cabin.

Family reunion!

It was fantastic! Four of my brothers and one of my sisters. What a great vacation spot. We LOVED the cabin. Especially the visits from all the bears walking by. It was amazing adventure. The cabin had space for all eight of us and a great porch for gatherings and watching bears.

Prefect Christmas Vacation!

This home is prefect, just as pictured, very clean and prefect location!! Our hosts were amazing and was very helpful with anything we needed! We had family of 10 and plenty of room!! We rate this place a 10 and will definetly rent this place again when in Gatlinburg !!

Beautiful Property

The cabin was everything we could ask for - beautiful location, very clean and so close to Gatlinburg! We were even treated to seeing a mamma bear and two cubs who were right on the property! Overall, an excellent choice!

Mountain cabin

We had a wonderful experience in this mountain cabin. It's beautiful and the beds are very comfortable we had everything we needed. We also had bear sightings daily which was pretty cool would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Perfect mountain getaway!

This cabin was perfectly suited for our family’s needs! The kids loved the game room, we enjoyed time in the hot tub, rocking chairs on the porch, and more! We saw bears every single day from this property which was a huge plus!! We already have talked about wanting to return!!

A great place to stay

We saw bears every day. One even came up to the cars. The hot tub was nice even though the lights werent working (replacement bulbs had been ordered but just were not here yet). The cabin was very cozy with ample sleeping space for the 5 of us. The pourch had plenty of room and chairs for us to sit and wait for the bears to show up. It was easy to find and so close to downtown Gatlinburg. The owners were very quick to get back in touch with me when I had questions or needed to report something. I would highly recommend this cabin

Army Reunion

Chritmas Vacation

We have been staying at cabins in Gatlinburg for several years now. This one was the best in cleanliness, amenities, and attention to detail. There was a Christmas tree in nearly every room. The hosts are great to work with. We will be back for sure!

A Family Christmas Holiday

As our family arrived and entered the property we were all impressed with the beauty and comfort of our surroundings. There was much laughter and delight as we gathered around the outdoor fire or the indoor fireplace. Memories were made that will last a lifetime. It was a wonderful time!

309 Tower Road, Gatlinburg

The cabin was exactly what we wanted. We had three generations of family in one place for vacation. Communication with Stephanie was timely and helpful. The home was clean and very nice. We experienced about 10 bear sightings at the cabin, and we appreciated the warnings about that ahead of time. Overall, we were very pleased with the cabin and would definitely stay there again!

Cabin near Gatlinburg TN

Our stay at the cabin was great. Close to Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains National Park. Also close to the Food City for the food we needed for the week. The cabin comfortably slept our crew, which included 6 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children. We enjoyed hiking in the National Forest and seeing some of the sights in Gatlinburg. Just need to be ready to see bears outside the cabin. We were careful to check before going outside or getting in our cars. It was exciting!

The property has easy access but road is a way dark , so be drive carefully and is conveniently very close from main street, groceries and amenities and main attractions . The cabin had a special xmas decoration so was very welcoming we spend thanksgiving week there . The property is very good for two families of 4 because has 2 floors with 2 bedrooms each. Is advertised for 10 People but if children are small to share 2 queen beds on first floor or are just couples . Mattress are very firm. Kitchen has enough utensils to cook breakfast and easy meals. Basic Toiletries are provided . Black bears are around the area so we were afraid to use bbq or to use the hot tub which are just outside of property . Views from balcony are so beautiful and peaceful . Yes we recommended it.

Amazing Family Time

This was my first time staying in a VRBO. I was a little hesitant to say the lest. But the cabin is everything it states and more. I am a very picky person about cleanliness the cabin exceeded my expectations. My family and I reconnected and I laughed to my jaws hurt. The bears came out everyday. We set out on the front porch enjoyed the nice evening air. We visited different attractions including Dollywood. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen equipment.The mattresse on my bed was awesome, I slept so well. My family wants to start planing our next visit. I highly recommend the cabin.
