The Neighborhood:
Located in the scenic Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, the cabin feels tucked away in nature yet is only 1.7 miles to downtown. Enjoy easy access to trails, waterfalls, shopping, dining, and everything Gatlinburg has to offer.
Getting Around:
Paved roads lead to the cabin with a private parking space for one vehicle.
While most vehicles are fine in clear weather, we recommend 4x4 for added safety when visiting the Smoky Mountains, especially in winter or rainy conditions.
Other Things to Note:
• Must be 21 years or older to book.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
• Parking is limited to 1 vehicle.
• 4x4 vehicle is recommended for mountain travel. Roads are paved but can be impacted by weather.
• Fireplace is gas and operates seasonally (Oct–Mar).
• Keurig and regular coffee maker provided—bring your own coffee.
• Charcoal grill available—bring your own charcoal.
• Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.

The hot tub was amazing, the cabin made us feel at home. This is definitely on our list for next year. Best experience we've had in a long time! 5 out of 5 highly recommend! And the fact that we arrived late due to a wedding, and did not have any troubles getting in, and check out time is at 10 which is not bad at all. Loved it! Next time you're in the area give Kirkland cabins a try!

Absolutely amazing stay! Love the cabin feel with modern amenities!
This was a wonderful getaway for a girls’ trip! The cabin was clean and had everything you would need. The close proximity to the strip was a great bonus! We will definitely be back!
I can not say enough about this little place. It is very clean, has everything you need to cook, big bath towels, and the hot tub. Our stay was just what we need to wind down and relax.
Very enjoyable stay in this cute little chalet. Relaxing in front of the fireplace was a bonus & my husband really enjoyed the hot tub. We look forward to going back plus, it was just a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg!
This home was exceptionally clean, private, and comfortable. The check-in/check-out instructions were clear and helpful, leaving us with no confusion or questions whatsoever. It's located within minutes of downtown Gatlinburg just off the Parkway, but still far enough away to be relaxing and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property for a couple's getaway!
My husband and I wanted a quick, quiet getaway for the weekend and it was perfect! Very clean, all the basic necessities, great location and privacy. The fireplace and hot tub were easy to use, and so enjoyed! We're definitely going to book again!
This property was perfect for our stay in Gatlinburg! If you are making plans to go to downtown Gatlinburg, this is the cabin you want because it is so secluded but also only a few minutes to get to all of the attractions. The cabin was so clean and everything was exactly as the pictures show!
This was the perfect getaway for us!! Great communication, clean property, privacy, and great amenities. Precisely what we wanted for our honeymoon. Hot tub was the favorite and we loved how close we were to EVERYTHING! I wish we could have stayed longer, plan on coming back again!
Great place to stay, lots of bear sightings. Trying to get the code to work was a bit challenging but no other complaints. Fairly clean, very comfortable, just close enough to Gatlinburg but away from the bustling crowd.
We felt at home away from home in this cute little cabin surrounded by beautiful trees. My mother's day weekend with my son was amazing. Bed is super comfortable and the jacuzzi was delicious. I will stay there again.
We love it!

Very peaceful stay. We saw bears in the yard across the street our first day, including a mama and 2 cubs, which was amazing. The same yard had 3 barred owls before sunset. Lots of green, just the urban respite we needed, and very convenient to the Smokys, restaurants, and other conveniences.
My family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. This is the first VRBO that I have booked and the sheets actually smelled cleaned. Its not too far from the parkway. Its actually a beautiful drive back into town. We would definitely book here again. The cabin was very cozy and in the perfect location.
Property was very cute and ideal for a couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg. Cabin was clean and bathroom was sanitized before we came. Hot tub wasn’t properly cleaned and didn’t have a cover, we didn’t end up using it. We saw a bear about 10 feet from the front door at one point in our stay.
This cabin was perfect for our brief getaway! The cabin is lovely and we loved the hot tub and had a blast with the classic video game console. The location is close to town, so we would catch an affordable uber into town and hang out on the parkway for awhile before catching a ride back. No need to worry about parking or driving after enjoying a few drinks. We will definitely be coming back to Gatlinburg and will stay at this charming cottage again!
This cabin is so adorable! I loved all the interior details. It is the perfect distance from Gatlinburg; out enough you are not in the mix of things, but close enough to hop, skip, & jump right into everything. Directions to the location on gps were spot on... when leaving though, you don't go out the same way you came in. We did have a bear cub come check out the back patio while we were there.
The cabin was perfect for the two of us! It was so cute and comfortable. The hot tub was very private and relaxing. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would book it again for the two of us if we go back. Check in was super easy and so was the check out process! The host communicated everything we needed so there were zero questions on our part. Also the location is so close to downtown which made it even more convenient.
The Cabin is super nice, located just a few minute drive from downtown Gatlinburg on a little hill with lots of tree cover. We saw a mama bear and her 2 cubs in the lot next door on the first night! We had a lovely long weekend.
Gas fireplace and the game machine including pacman/donkey kong/other games were a highlight, as was the hot tub (wish the cover had been on while we were there since leaves and debris got in it)
Quiet and Close to Gatlinburg and the Park Entrance
Cozy little house that was well maintained and clean. We drove to the park entrance each day between 8-9am, and had no issues getting a close parking spot for a daily hike. For 3 days in a row a Black Bear visited the house area, he was eating nuts that fell from the walnut tree so we had to watch out for him before coming and going. the Wifi was adequate for us as we worked remotely from the location some. I would definitely return again.
I was really pleased with the location, and cleanliness of the cabin. Close to activities and restaurants. My only complaint is that there was no cover for the hot tub. It had grime stuck in the bottom of the seats, so my husband had to clean it before we could enjoy it. Other than that I was satisfied and would stay here again.
