The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. "The hotel is in an amazing location - with Centro Promenade (loads of places to eat and a fab arcade) about a 10 minute drive away.
The hotel itself and the reception staff are great and there are two restaurants and a pub attached to the hotel too.
Two negatives:
1. Not enough parking for a hotel this size.
2. The housekeeper/cleaner on our floor was very rude when asked a simple question.
