Welcome to The Writer’s Patch — a peaceful, design-led retreat perched on a hill overlooking Lake Ruhondo and the majestic volcanoes of northern Rwanda. Thoughtfully crafted with natural textures, open-air living, and inspiring views, this hideaway is made for deep rest, creativity, and connection. Whether you’re watching the birds fly over the Twin Lakes, enjoying slow mornings with coffee on the veranda, or finding focus in one of the quiet writing nooks, this space invites you to pause and breathe. Ideal for couples, creatives, or solo travellers seeking beauty and stillness.

•The home is on a hill with a steep climb. The path includes rest stops and rewards you with breathtaking views.
• Parties and loud gatherings are not allowed.
• Not suitable for children under 12
• Some local restaurants available in the area. We can’t wait to host you! Other things to note ! Some areas, like the garden and landscaping, are still in progress.
