"This ranch was wonderful! It’s an older property with genuine wine country feelings. We loved the character of everything and especially the ducks on the property who would greet us every time we arrived. There were fans in every room and a AC in the owner/ suite. There were also a couple of TVs and everything you would need for your stay. I would love to come stay again but for longer next time. "

"To be honest I’m kind of embarrassed from some of my other 5-star ratings because this was demonstrably better than those. This is a really cool place, and the room was exceptionally clean. The linens smelled so fresh! The art deco vibe was cool, and the room was very functional, although as mentioned in another review there are no nightstands on the side of the bed, just kind of a bolted on metal plate. However there were numerous places for storage, and although my room was described as a “micro”, it was more spacious than a regular hotel room. The staff was helpful, and I was able to ride one of their loaner bikes around Whitman College. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance, as well as other shops. There’s a wine bar kind of service in the hotel in the evening, and although I didn’t partake, others appeared to enjoy it. Also lots of neat spaces outside for sitting, including an outdoor fireplace. "
