MAIN FLOOR Open-plan living and dining area with plush sofas, smart TV, and a dining table that seats 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking appliances, a Keurig, and coffee pot. Step outside to the covered back patio for BBQ and outdoor dining.

NO SMOKING: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or out. NO PETS: No pets permitted. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM per College Place city ordinance. REGISTERED GUESTS: Maximum 6 guests. Only registered guests permitted. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: No parties or events of any kind. PARKING: 2 spots in front of the house. Do not block the garage doors. DAMAGE REPORTING: Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible.
