The hotel was very clean the staff would clean the hallways and rooms daily. Hotel staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge and microwave in the room was excellent. I will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

The gentleman at the front counter was very nice. Hotel was pretty clean. I didnt like that the ironing board had the iron holder and iron bolted to it im 6'4 so ironing pants with a 34 inch inseam was alil challenging.

Nothing was unique. The worts hotel I have stayed. There was no one at front desk when arrival and our room had a massive water leak located on the bathroom’s sealing.

When I tried to check in a little early, 2:45pm , I explained to her that I drove 6 hours to get there, she said absolutely no check ins before 4 pm. But then she said maybe at the earliest 3 pm something would be available, maybe. I was not going to stand there for 15-20 minutes to see if one was available. So I left and came back later and had a nice gentleman check us in Was assigned one room, toilet did not work. There was a plunger already next to it so I assumed there was a previous issue. Went to another room, the ceiling had some kind of “splatter”. There were spots on all walls. The shade was torn and didn’t cover the entire window

Good place to stay
We stayed overnight on Christmas. They gave us each a complimentary bottle of water with a cookie. No complaints about the hotel or service. Clean, quiet, decent breakfast, good value, comfortable beds. Only complaint is there could be better signage to direct you to how to get there once you are on the road it is located.

The hotel was clean and updated, the registration clerk was friendly and helpful with our checkin. The room was spacious and smelled clean the double Queen beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast had hot food with a variety of breakfast favorites. I would definitely stay here again.

When we checked in, we were greeted by a cockroach. The next day, I asked housekeeping to remove our breakfast trash to avoid critters. When we came back later that night, the trash was still there. Attempted to get a cup of coffee the next morning and it was ice cold signifying that the coffee was old. Requested to talk to a manager twice and never received a call or email. The general manager emailed me after I submitted a review and refuted my concerns versus apologizing and taking accountability. We will not book this hotel again.

Honeymoom Hotel stay- Condom wrapper under bed
Room was grimy, not clean. Condom wrapper below bed. This was supposed to be a memorable just married honeymoon stay before out of town travel... It was memorable- but not in a good way.

Toilet was clogged so the night clerk handed us a plunger and said good luck. Room stank of cigarettes. The carpet between the beds was wet where the fridge defrosted. After several complaints finally got moved next door with wet carpet as well. Halls stank of weed the next day.

Customer service somewhat ok. Property is in terrible shape halls dirty, stairs smell of cigarettes and beer cans laying around. Loud noises all night long. Will never stay here again. It’s not priced correctly and wouldn’t pay $60 a night much less $125 as we did. Disgusted!

Soo much going on.. loud.. people fussing… 4 cop cars was at the front entrance last night… didn’t feel safe.. it was noisy and people running up and down the hallways all night.. I didn’t get any rest.. and I have a 2 hour drive this morning..
