"The pool was freezing and the website says the rooms are air conditioned and temperature controlled but not all rooms are. Our room was very hot and I found out in the morning staff could have moved us to a floor in the building with air conditioning and they did not despite us calling to complain."

"Room was clean, but at least half of the things in the room didn't work, or only sort of worked. Parking is totally unacceptable. Breakfast was more in line with what I would expect at a budget hotel. Staff really lacked with things they should have known about the property."
