"The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic."

The apartment was beautifully designed, very clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a breathtaking view over Lake Como. The pool area was one of my favorite spots to relax, especially after a day exploring the surroundings.
