"Upon arrival to checkin, we were not allowed to do so because of a missing master key and was a breach of security. My question I have is “ why wasn’t I notified prior to arrival”? This breach happened in the morning. I received an email to fill out early am to expedite the check-in process which I did. Totally disregard to the consumer! This had happened for the second time. Last Saturday we had confirmation for a room at Best Western plus in McDonough, Georgia and again upon arrival we didn’t have a room because they overbooked and the hotel was full and we took another hour finding another hotel room. Total chaos and obviously mismanagement in this franchise. I have learned my lesson and will not book at this franchise because of 2 strikes. I wanted you to know this happened and hopefully you can correct these errors and omissions and able to launch a more successful business in hospitality. "

"Bed and pillows were great! TV remote was TERRIBLE! Instructions for use didn’t help. Samsung remotes are not consumer friendly. Kitchen attendant was kind of rude. Juice was empty and was not fixing it."

"Staff was awesome, breakfast was the best, however, the hot water in the morning shower was not hot, not good at all. The staff said they've gotten other complaints and it's because we all share a hot water heater. NOT GOOD. If you want hot water with your shower in the morning, you're not going to get it, or wait for everyone else to finish showering. I didn't have hot water and they know why. it wasn't completely cold, but it was not warm enough at all. "

"This property was great for a multi-generational weekend getaway. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. I cannot recommend this location and hosts enough. "

"breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast nothing special. Hotel room was clean. Bed was very comfortable AC and he worked fine. My only complaint was the bathroom sink was super slow to drain. The state was good."

"We were put in a room accross from frequent users that had a party that was loud, yelling, screaming. Had to call front desk twice. Then outside door opening and slamming at 3:00 am and 5:30 am. Horrible night. Looked like mold growing ceiling above shower. Shady people present. "
