We had a very nice stay. The place was really clean! It was a quiet retreat. We had everything we needed. It was nice to just show up and relax!

Lucky's Cottage – yes and no

A sweet location – remote, surrounded by beautiful trees, quiet, and just what I was looking for. There were a couple of missteps finding the office to pick up my keys. A few maintenance problems got in the way of a perfect stay, though the property managers stepped up right away to address them. They were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. Five stars for them! Cleanliness rating is based on the fact that the interior could use a paint refresh (esp bedroom). It's a great location from which to explore northwestern Arkansas.

Pretty good we had fun except later in vacation realized micro don’t work when son wanted popcorn and we had a lil ant problem when we first got there which she was super nice and took care of it immediately only sad thing was no access to lake if they cleared area a lil and put some kinda path would love to come back

Overall, this place was just ok. There were minor cosmetic things that could have used some refreshing like the corroded sink drain, damaged sheetrock and peeling caulk/trim around the shower. The towel bar fell off numerous times, and we gave up trying to put it back up. Location was convenient to the places we wanted to visit, although the driveway was quite tricky to navigate parking our boat and truck. We did not know how to access the garage and didn't want to bother the host so we didn't use that space at all. For the money, I would have expected it to be a little cleaner and nicer.
