"My husband and I booked a 2- night stay during Bikes, Blues, & BBQ. At check-in, we were greeted warmly and given all the information we needed about the property to know our options for dining and activities. We found our room to be comfortable and inviting, and we were impressed by the deep bathtub and spacious shower. We then decided to have dinner outside at the Balcony. Service and food were both excellent. We then took our server's suggestion and had an after dinner drink at Jack Rabett's, where again the drinks and bar service were excellent. We enjoyed a good night's sleep on the very comfortable bed. The next day, we had a medical emergency off property, and when I came to the hotel to grab our things and check out a day early, the very kind and thoughtful desk clerk told me he was refunding our fee for that second night, even though it was well past check out time and past time to cancel the 2nd night. I was floored and extremely grateful because I expected to pay for both nights instead of just the one. Also, i want to shout out the parking shuttle driver, as well, who was also very helpful and friendly. All around, great staff and accommodations, and we'll definitely stay here again!"
