Outstanding Inn and location! The Mountain views are impeccable especially from your patio view. And where else can you have roaming Elk, Deer and more roaming around the property.

This property was fantastic! Our room was very clean-- we had 2 queen beds and an additional sofa. Everything looked new. Parking lot was great- being ever watchful for big animals (which were roaming occasionally- it is close to Yellowstone after all!) Very convenient location in Gardiner close to grocery store and walkable to multiple restaurants. We loved this entrance so close to the Roosevelt Arch into Yellowstone! Very accessible. Only complaint was we didnt stay longer!

I was dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel. My family and I stayed in a room with a kitchenette, but unfortunately, the coffee maker was not functioning. I approached the front desk to request a replacement, but the staff member exhibited an unpleasant attitude. The following day, I decided to check out early, assuming that the front desk attendant was handling the necessary paperwork. However, I found myself standing there without any clarification or indication of whether I was free to leave. Inquiring about the status of the arrangements, I received a simple and unenthusiastic confirmation. I can't help but wonder if this is a reflection of the general demeanor of individuals in Montana.Or maybe she was just having a bad day for two days in a row.

This was our favorite place we stayed in our entire journey. It's easy to walk to many places to eat or easy to get groceries and cook in the room with the kitchens and loads of room to sit and eat on the balcony/porch. Above all the staff is great. I left something important and they mailed it to me immediately. Lots of little touches from them. It was clean and quiet during our stay. The views were amazing. Elk walking around, mule deer, even bear prints nearby. Will definitely stay again.

Compared to other properties in the area, this is was way overpriced. Especially for not having breakfast included. I could have booked several other quaint little places for 1/2 the price. Extremely disappointing for the price.
