We stayed there one night at the end of a 3 day trip inside Yellowstone park. The room was very nice, quiet and clean. I would have liked more toiletries -there were 2 little tubes of shampoo but no conditioner and very small bar of soap. As a promoter of environmental issues I appreciate the small bar of soap as there was no waste. Coffee and tea were provided. It was nice to have a microwave as well as the usual mini fridge. Our room was downstairs from street level and the stairs leading to it and the hall inside were claustrophobic and a little creepy. However we could bring our baggage down a little grassy slope outside and enter the room from the porch that overlooked the river. Very nice and convenient! The staff were excellent and helpful. The area is very walkable and scenic, you can see the river rafters going past on the river. It is very close to the north entrance of Yellowstone. Because it was a Saturday, unfortunately some dining places were closed and there was a wait everywhere that was open. I would definitely recommend this lodge for a stay either before or after entering the park.

Conveniently located in the north gate community overlooking yellow stone river. Get a great view of the town/bridge and the mountain. The balcony offers a decent seating area with the view. See deer in the parking lot and the yard- kids love it! Walking distance to dining and shopping. Largely clean with minor places not catered e.g., dirty coffee maker, missing toiletries.

Nice balcony and view of river. One chair needed to be cleaned. Two tour buses parked across 10-12 parking spaces and we had to park further away. We were awake but loud backup brake warning at 7 am.

Spent 2 nights here. Check in was with a very pleasant person. The keycard didn't work for our door, and even after getting a new one made it stopped working after using it once. We kept using the back door to get in. There are no safety chains on the 2 doors, so you have to hope the doors are actually locked. You can hear the neighbours upstairs with their walking. You can hear the kids playing in the back, and the lights from the street come right through the door blinds, and brighten up your room at night. The room staff is not observant enough to replenish coffee or cups, so you have to go and ask if you want anything. There is no phone in the room either. Bathroom was clean. Room was okay. Very easy to find, and comfortable enough for our stay!
