"We had a car club meet at the Convention Center and this was perfect for two couples and their cars. We were only about 15-20 minutes away from all the activities. The house was plenty large enough for all and we felt safe and secure. Our friends have special dietary needs which makes staying in a hotel almost impossible. "This was a lovely and spacious home located in a beautiful peaceful setting. However, it is not accessible to individuals with mobility problems as there are steep steps to the entrance. Although the rose bushes are lovely at the top of railing of steps would recommend they be trimmed so that the rails can be used by guests who need them to assist with steps. Also, providing the location of the bedrooms in the description, such as master bedroom with king bed on first floor, all other bedrooms...

"We only stayed for a night to break up a trip down to Florida. Was exactly what was shown in the photos. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Appreciated the fast response and communication from the owners. Only thing I would say is lacking is the cookware. There was hardly anything to choose from and I needed a frying pan. Other than that, everything was great!"

"This is a lovely unit to stay with a large number. We had 6 but we did not use three of the beds. The unit decor of the unit is amazing. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed for the long weekend. I am not sure what happened, but the garbage can in the kitchen had not been cleaned. "Family Paradise was the perfect setting for my family to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday. The house was set on a beautiful cove with breathtaking lake views. We enjoyed the kayaks, slide, and jump platform. We tried to fish , but were never able to catch anything. Shannon was very responsive and able to answer all questions we had leading up to the trip. I would definitely recommend staying at this location, and I hope we can again soon."

"This house is exactly what my family of 4 needed. We walked in and the home had a pleasant smell. The renovated house was charming and spacious. The living room furniture was so comfortable and the sofas reclined at the touch of a button. The smart TVs were nice for winding down. The appliances were all new. The beds were more comfortable than your typical VRBO home. Being an older home, the bathrooms were on the smaller size but were adequate for what we needed. Host was super responsive...

"We came in for BSC graduation and wanted to be close to campus. Location was perfect. Right of I65 and close to our regular restaurants and bars we like to visit while in Birmingham. The house was updated for an older neighborhood as shown in the pictures and was much bigger than the outside street picture. There are 2 Den areas with TV’s so a lot of room. As I read in the reviews, the house is on a busy street and a narrow drive that opens up in the back for multiple cars, but very manageable....
