Everything was good except there was a full bin of trash in the room from a previous guest. Housekeeping can use a little more attention to detail when cleaning the counter tops as well

Eveything from flooring to fixtures are in good condition. Its very quiet and smart tv access is compatible. The front desk are the MVPs because they service all needs until complete.

The stafff was really friendly. But the room was dirty. Carpet needed shampooing, the kitchen area floor has not been mopped in months. The bathtub and toilet was dirty. The sheets itched me all night. I almost got up at 4:00 and left to go home because I itched so much. I could not take a bath to finish my family weekend with my daughter. I ended up go to car and rushing straight home so that I could take a proper bath.

Bad smell!

Not great! Room appeared clean but dirty wash cloth left in bathroom and the room stunk!!!!!! Not sure what the smell was but never went away. Would have left if room wasn’t prepaid :(

The hotel and staff were great. Plus the rooms were spacious. With that being said Expedia are crooks. They cancel bookings without cause or letting you know. Don’t even try to get help from their customer service. They only lie to you and think they can yell at you when you question their lies. They don’t rectify anything. Trust me when I say you don’t want to use Expedia or any of their affiliate companies unless you want to risk having your room canceled without warning and being treated like you and your money don’t mean anything to them.

There were a few small issues. The refrigerator was pretty loud, the door handle looked broken(pointing to the floor) but worked with a little effort. It didn't appear to shut completely, but was secure with the locks. The bathroom door was off kilter and wouldn't stay open. In the grand scheme of things, these weren't major issues, but it seems like some upkeep is needed. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the tv was much bigger than I've found in most hotels, and the lounge chair, ottman, and small tv tray/table were nice bonuses besides the desk and desk chair in the room.

.The room card keys stopped working after 1 day. In a 3 day stay. I went to the front desk for reprogramming 3 times. Even more frusting was that with my home town Blue Jays in the World Series, I was unable to watch because Fox would not display in my room. I reported the issue and they did nothing about it. There is no chance I will stay there again.
