"Room was clean"

"The room appeared clean at first glance but I found several areas that could have used extra cleaning. There were globs of long dark hair on the floor in the bathroom, it wasn't mopped well. The baseboards in the room were covered with dust & probably hadn't been wiped in several months. The staff were very nice but not well informed about area shopping & restaurants."

"Room was not throughly cleaned. Fridge, bathroom door, bathroom floor, bathtub, and bathroom sink was dirty. Floor moldings were sagging by the kitchen sink, the kitchen cabinet edges were falling apart, rooms were not serviced while staying there for 4 days. Had to turn in towels before requesting new ones. Blow dryer and kitchen essentials are by request only. No coffee maker in room. Iron board cover did not fit the board. I had to use a towel. All requests for things had to be picked up. They could not drop it off your room. Hotel smelled of wet dog."

"Only 1 burner work and the heat didn’t work properly, service really bad we asked for extra blanket they never bring it to us and the rug is dirty "

"I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child (14 years old), 3 people in total and they gave me a room with only a king bed, they were expecting for the three of us to sleep in the king bed. When I asked for at least an extra bed for him, they told me they didn’t have any more extra beds. PS. I specified that my child was 14 years old during the booking."

"Even though it was a Friday afternoon at 3:30 PM the lobby was locked and no one was at the after hours window. I had to bang on the door to get the attention of the reception staff. The room's furniture was mismatched, the leatherette on the chair was horribly cracked, the tub had been poorly painted over, light bulbs were missing. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I would not recommend staying here."

"This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week for pest control spraying which also concerned me for my dog as well. I work 12-14 hour days at my restaurant, so I was always having to get up while breaking my sleep as well. It was a horrible experience for me here. So now I’m going back to 500 Diemer Drive. "
