"I have booked the property online @INR 682. When i reached the property the staff at the reception made me to pay INR 1482. When I asked him he said your room has been upgraded but i was not been notified about it. Moreover non of the staff were coperative and were not polite as well. I had this kind of experience forst time. And even breakfast was included in the booking but they staff denied at the begining and argued with me but then he agreed for the breakfast. Overall i am not satisfied...

Once again stayed at Kenilworth Hotel in Kolkata. Staff are excellent and dining room has good breakfast for starting the day to explore all that this vibrant city has to offer. Location is excellent starting point to get to all locations with a short walk to Victoria Memorial. Finish the day off with a cold beer at the hotel's Big Ben Pub and be served by Arpan a young man with excellent customer skills an asset to this Pub. Try the cookies from the bakery that are complimentary in your room...
