"Due to the construction, many things were unavailable. The restaurant was gone so they only had the buffet available, which was subpar. Not many food choices and it was in a dark room with only a few tables. The water part was very dirty with food containers, cups and trash littering the walkways and chairs. There was hair or hair extensions in the pools and I didn't see any cleaning staff while there, we stayed for a couple hours. Overall disappointed as we weren't aware of the construction."

"Unfortunately our stay was not delightful. No wifi. My verizon couldn't even connect. Loud neighbors after 9. No bathroom divider toilet)shower from sink area waste of entire bathroom. No sign to keep staff out of room while we visited. Phone barely on wall. Plugs under phone don't keep anything tight so phone charging never happened. "

"The hotel was perfect! Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only issue I had was that I was charges 2 $200 deposits for the room instead of 1. "

"Nothing really worked, 2 elevators were out of service, the snack machine, the ice machine. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Definitely not justified for the price. The staff was nice. The hotel just seemed run down and not well taken care of. Also 15 bucks for breakfast in the morning? You would think for the lack of everything they dont provide that should at least be included."

"The property is located right across from Disneyland and only 2 long blocks from the convention center. The breakfast provided is delicious. This morning was scrambled eggs, ham, chorizo potatoes (delicious), pancakes, sausage gravy and biscuits and fresh fruit (apples, bananas and cut up oranges) along with bagels and packaged pastries. The rooms open to the outdoors - just be aware. And the TV channel selection is minimal unless you have a Netflix account. I was a single traveler and the room was spacious to me. The bathroom/shower is separate from the sink and mirror - very helpful if traveling with family. Finally, if I could Mar improvements, it would be to upgrade the mattresses with pillow tops . They weren’t terribly uncomfortable but they weren’t great, either. The Best Western is a good deal for the price. Oh, and…there’s a reasonably priced restaurant next door that delivers. I had their grilled cheese and tomato soup last night - delicious."
