This spacious townhome offers comfortable accommodation for up to 14 people, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends. One of the highlights of this townhome is the access it provides to the resort's many amenities, including beach access, a year-round hot tub, swimming pool (seasonal), and club house with workout equipment. Guests can relax and unwind in the hot tub after a long day of exploring, or take a dip in the pool to cool off on a hot summer day. The club house is also a great place to stay active, with a range of workout equipment available for guests to use.



For those who love the outdoors, Fast Lane Townhome #40 is situated close to a bike path, making it easy to explore the surrounding area on two wheels. And in the winter, Beaver Mountain ski resort is just 15 minutes up the canyon, offering endless opportunities for skiing and snowboarding. But that's not all – up the canyon, there are also endless hills and trails for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing, providing plenty of outdoor adventures for everyone to enjoy.

Nice place! Neighbors were a bit loud a couple of nights….loud music and some loud conversation/arguementing.
