Clean and well stocked

We loved our stay here! This is one of the most well-stocked cabins we have stayed at. The cabin is clean, the beds are comfy, we loved the open space around it. We had so much fun with the basketball and pickleball courts. We booked it for next year the day we got home!

Fabulous house with so much to do!

We stay here for our family vacation. This is a large spacious home with so much to do! It's clean, beautifully decorated, and so much space! The communication was great with the owner and we would love to come back again! The pickle ball court in basketball court were awesome along with lots of lawn space. And access to the private beach was a definite bonus! We love that this house was the only one on the street which allowed even more privacy and parking! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a large home with lots to do!

Great home, better service

The house was fantastic for our large group of around 30. 2 refrigerators is a game changer for large groups staying for any length of time. The property is well maintained, and laid out pretty well. We used every amenity available and really enjoyed the space. The only negative was a single bathroom downstairs, but our group really didn't find that much of an issue, since there was another bathroom close by. As nice as the home was, the service from the team was even better. They had some damage in the home from a recent storm, that they alerted us to ahead of time, and honestly, it wasn't even that noticeable and we probably would have noticed, had they not told us. They answered way more questions ahead of the rental than most would and were super responsive when we had anything come up during. We liked them so much, our group which does an annual trip like this, will likely rent through this team exclusively.

Great stay. A beautful and clean property. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and parking. The kids loved the pickle ball and basketball courts and the adults loved the fire pit and hot tub. The access to Ideal Beach was a geart perk and very close to Rendezvous.

Family reunion!

We had so much fun! This house is gorgeous! The teen boys loved the basketball/pickle ball court! The hot tub was a hit. And the older kids would watch a movie in the basement and the 11-12 year olds enjoyed a tv in their bunk room. A day at the beach and we would come back for a meal and games. It was so much more than we expected. Everyone wants to come back next year. Julie was wonderful with questions answered right away. Good communication!

Beautiful, roomy, like-new place in a scenic area

Having our family reunion at Aces on the 9 was near perfect! The house was spacious with plenty of room for our large group. The kitchen and eating areas inside, and the deck just off the kitchen, the sport court (including basketball and pickleball!), grassy area, fire pit, etc. provided fun and large places for us all to gather for activities and fun. We were thrilled to have lots of parking and access to Ideal Beach. Lots of good written instructions also helped...and, TWO refrigerators! The TVs were well placed and up-to-date technology, which helped us share family pictures. The hosts were super to work with. Beautiful, scenic surroundings! Prior to our visit, we had concerns about if only one bathroom downstairs (with three bedrooms) would be workable, but it turned out to be do-able because of good access to the full bathroom just off the kitchen (it's close to the stairs leading to the basement). Overall, a great experience!

Nice house - property managers were great

This is a nice house. We had 29 people and enjoyed our time. It does, however, amaze me how people build these homes to rent them but then don't think through the design. This house has three bedrooms in the basement - that sleeps like 16 people - but there is only one small bathroom. The kitchen and dining area aren't big enough to accommodate for the number of people the house can sleep. Also, the family room upstairs needs more seating - there is only seating for six. Again, we had a good time and the house is nice, just giving feedback on things that could be better.

Clean,Spacious, unique decore, themed bedrooms, Friendly family dining areas inside and on deck.

We were delighted with the home, view, spacious rooms, themed bedrooms, bunk beds for families, game room, cooking facilities, storage. We were challenged with landscaping not complete yet with rocks stacked and dirt piles outside with little children. The appliances were new but the ice maker wasn't working. Family dining was perfect, inside, outside on the deck. Railings are needed at entrance stairs and garage for seniors, disabled guests for safety. All cooking and dining plates, pots, glasses etc. were more than adequate. We did miss a large knife to cut up a large watermelon, but we borrowed one. Thank you for a special weekend in a beautiful vacation home. I'm sure we'd love to book it again
