The Lake House Hill is a new 5-bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home tucked away in Harbor Village. This home has lots of space and things to do.  Beautiful new hot tub, pool table, TV's and amazing views of the Bear Lake.  It can sleep 20 people and is perfect for all ages.  Road to the home is now paved, making the access to the home easier for all vehicles.  This home is just minutes away from everything.  Utah State Marina, Shops, restaurants, Beaver Mountain and of course the lake.

There needed to be a yard of some kind. Terrible road into the house. No broom at all to sweep up Beautiful house and view

I love how this house felt. It was bright and airy. My main complaint is that the basement was FREEZING cold and the upstairs was hot with no ceiling fans. There was also a strange smell in the washing machine area, like mold or something. But I was happy that there was a washing machine and also a vacuum cleaner in the garage that I was able to use to vacuum sand out of my car. The photos of the outside had a picture of a swing chair near the hottub and one kid was disappointed that it was no longer hanging up. However I loved that there was a hottub. The scenery is lovely. Not a lot of yard but I love the patio and spacious living and kitchen area. Thank you for the bear lake book, it was a nice touch. Appreciated the notebook of local restaurants and other attractions or rental places. Loved the easy to find WiFi password. Oh, my daughter accidentally locked us out by locking the deadbolt AND the door lock in the front door. So when we exited and closed the garage, we had no way of getting back in ( I couldn’t figure out the app that could connect to the garage door opener if I were smart enough). Sorry about that. I know you guys went out of your way to let us back in. Kids liked the pool table and arcade games. Thank you for sharing your lovely lake house with us.

The house is in a beautiful area and has a beautiful view. It has a wonderful design with open areas and cozy fireplaces. It was the perfect house to snuggle up, play games, and hit the slopes of Beaver Mountain (which is only a 10 minute drive).
