Relax and enjoy all that Bear Lake has to offer in this 8 bedroom 4 bathroom house within walking distance to the marina and walking path into town.

Fully stocked, beautifully decorated newer home with all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable, fun, and memorable.

Enjoy sitting under the pergola around the gas fire pit after a long day at the beach or relax as a family playing games or watching movies.

Air hockey table and ping pong will keep the kids entertained for hours. If traveling during the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) check out the outdoor pool and tennis courts at the Club House!

Washer and dryer provided with plenty of hot water with the on demand hot water heater.

All of the bedrooms upstairs have ceiling fans. The home also has air conditioning!

There is a lot to do as far as the lake and parks and beach areas. Kids loved the game room!

Great location and views

The hosts were amazing to work with. This place is stocked with everything that you need. We loved having the pool and tennis courts so close. This place was perfect for our family reunion. We would definitely recommend this home.

Bear Lake

We had a wonderful time at The House by the Lake. The location was great. Everything was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The ice machine was a big plus. We really enjoyed hanging out around the fire pit at night. We would stay there again.

Amazing Family Reunion Spot

We had 25 of us stay in this home for our annual trip to Bear Lake. The home was perfect for our needs and everyone had a bed. We really enjoyed access to the tennis courts and pool, as well as the fire pit in the backyard. It was super easy to communicate with the host--she answered every message very quickly.

A beautiful gathering place for families

My family and I were in Garden City for a memorial. We stayed in this conveniently located, beautiful home. Every detail in this home is so warm and welcoming. When each person arrived, they were in awe of the sparkling, clean, rooms. Everyone loved the fire pit and very well appointed patio. One could not ask for a more wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful home with lots of sleeping space.

great location, beautiful home with lovely patio and backyard space to enjoy family time. Close to the lake, close to town with grocery and restaurants. The community gives access to pool and hot tub as well! The one issue we had with our size of group, is there could be more restrooms compared to beds. The host was great to work with!

Great place for our family reunion

The owner was quick to answer our questions . The house was well stocked in kitchen, linens, games, etc. Beds and other furniture was comfortable. Decor was attractive and inviting. Kitchen and dinning area a little small but weather was great so we ate outside some. Loved fire pit. Plenty of chairs provided by fire pit and on back patio, including picnic tables. Pool was a plus for us. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Bear Lake Home

The house was great and had everything you could think of. From blankets, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. kids enjoyed all the down stairs and adults enjoyed the bonfire late at night. Wifi was very slow.

Wonderful home for a family getaway

Our family of 12, ranging in age from 1-64, had a wonderful getaway! The home was accommodating and comfortable with everything that we needed. As others have stated, the kitchen and living room area is small for the number of beds that are available. However, with the fun play area downstairs, the pleasant fire pit at the back of the property and the patio just outside the back door, we were able to spread out comfortably. Thank you again for making your lovely vacation home available to our family. We had a wonderful time!

Family Reunion at the Bear Lake House

We had an amazing weekend in Bear Lake and were thrilled with the house, which easily accommodated our group of 24. We spent most of our time on the back patio and around the fire pit. Inside the house, there are plenty of places to gather and play. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. Location is amazing with great views of the lake. Walking distance to the grocery store and Beans and Brews. The owners were quick to respond to questions and very easy to work with. We loved our time in this Bear Lake house!

Whole family stayed here for our family reunion, 28 people ages from infant-74, and we had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was stocked with just about every small appliance (blender, instantpot, several griddles, coffee maker, rice maker). There were also some basic seasonings/spices provided, which was convenient. The kitchen/dining area was a bit snug for our large group, but there was plenty of room when you include the outdoor tables, and the weather was perfect for eating outside. We loved the gas fire pit! There were plenty of bath towels, and they were good quality as well. Having a spare frig/freezer in the garage was a life saver! With a big group, you always worry about hot water, but not in this house! It was so nice that everyone always had a warm shower due to the tankless water heater. They also provided sand toys, water floats (kind of like noodles), and 10 beach towels for fun at the lake. The kids loved throwing the frisbee in the back yard and seeing deer and wild turkeys roam in the field behind the house. We enjoyed the air hockey and ping pong tables, and the littles loved the toys provided. Loved the tennis courts and pool too!The house was clean and decorated very nice. There were lots of extra blankets, which several people in our group appreciated because the a/c works very well! Communication was superb with Stacy and she answered questions I had beforehand quickly. We are thrilled with our stay and would come again.

Our Fun Stay at the Lake

This place was nice with plenty of things for grandchildren of all ages to do. The older kids loved playing Rock Band and the air hockey was a hit. As grandparents we especially appreciated the captain’s quarters bedeoom where we could be comfortable and have some quiet time. The ice machine was very helpful. The only problem we had was spiders in the basement and one of our grandchildren got bit ny one. I would suggest that the house be sprayed for spiders. Our host was great to answer all of our questions.

Annual friend vacation

We had a great time! Plenty of games, toys and space for the kids (ages 5-16). The adults had enough rooms and places to play also. 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Large downstairs family room with ping pong, air hockey, TV and WII. Awesome fire pit out back. Close enough to the basketball, tennis courts and hot tub that the kids could walk. Lots of parking. Less than a 10 minute drive to Pickleville Playhouse. Great communication with the host! We would definitely stay here again!

The host was great. She communicated well. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and cookware. Host has a folder to read upon check in that is very informative. A little long but informative. The only think I wish we had know was that the back yard is not flat. It has a slope which make lawn games difficult for our aging family. So just know it had a gradual slope.

Great Space for Large Family Reunion

Wonderful property at Bear Lake. The home was well stocked with plenty of wonderful amenities and a well stocked kitchen for our large (22 people) family group.

We had our volleyball team retreat here. It was perfect. The girls loved everything especially the number of beds. No one was on the floor or couch this year! Check-in was simple and our host was terrific about communicating with us. Thanks for a great weekend!
