I will never return to that particular EconoLodge, customer service very poor. My Driver's License was not returned for over 20 hours that I stayed in the premises, when I checked out the lady at the desk did not return my ID. I had to incur unnecessary costs to recover my ID. Terrible experience.

this hotel is the worst hotel i ever stayed . I tried to cancel my stay but this hotel doesn't reimburse you the money. They give you only one towel per person and i found roaches everywhere. The bathroom was not clean and the sheets were smelly. Please don't make the mistake I made booking this hotel trying to save.

The rooms are not clean. The buildings do not have AC so in the summer, this is a rough place to stay. They gave us the wrong room key and gave us access to someone else’s room with their luggage. When we got another room, it was so dirty. My feet were black from walking around the floor barefoot. The bottom doors should be locked with a key card but they just open. The only nice thing is that there is a lot of parking and it’s near a Walgreens and a gas station. You get less than what you pay for. At least they didn’t have bed bugs.

Very disappointed. Bags of garbage piled at the doors. A kitchenette but not a pot, knife or glass in sight and warning signs not to cook. Poorest continental breakfast I have ever seen.

Extremely dirty
The reception staff were friendly. The room was absolutely disgusting. It was very humid and wet inside. The only parts of the room that were clean were the bed sheets. The edges of the floor were very dirty and the bathroom walls still have stains and other little pieces of matter or something. There was a little cockroach at the door. This was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and will never stay in an Econ Lodge ever again. Felt truly disgusted and had a difficult time trying to sleep because of it.

Everyone on staff was Indian and very few spoke any English. My family had a had a mishap And had to use all the towels in the room, went to the office and was told that they didn’t have any towels. I was taking my belongings to my vehicle on checkout day and came back to do a walk around to make sure I had everything and Laundry staff was already in my room taking the sheets off my bed at 9 o’clock in the morning.

Cheap hotel but leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast is very simple but fair for the price. The location is a bit strange and it doesn't seem very safe. I wouldn't stay there again.
