Avani Home-new pet dog friendly home, short walk to Marina and Market

New pet friendly townhouse in Garden city with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. This townhouse is perfect for you quick getaway in Bear Lake with family and friends and don`t forget your furry friends too. Dog crate and pet bowls are provided. It is close to the lake and state marina, shops and restaurants. Very short walk to Mike`s Market, which has groceries, liquor and coffee shop. Open concept home on two levels. Spacious kitchen and family room, then head upstairs where you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living area for the games, watching TV and hanging out. There are tv`s in all three bedrooms. Garage access and parking for 4 cars with the use of the garage.

Guest have access to entire townhouse including the garage.

Paradise parkway is a central community. short walk to the market, restaurants, walking/bike bath, and state Marina.

Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, walking access to downtown Garden City. Walk down the road to Bear Lake.

Condo was good. I was dissapointed it wasn't close to a public beach. I would of rated it excellent if there were dishwasher pods and laundry pods . Also the can openers were broken. The fireplace was nice.

Summer vacation

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen ia where we had a few hick ups. There was no cutting board and a couple more atuff in the kitchen also i would recommend putting coffee for guests as a gesture. The stove oven was really really dirty we did not use it because it looked like it had never been clean. Also adding a garage door remote woyod have been great. Other than that pur stay was amazing

Perfect Family Lodging

We needed a place that would accommodate six adults and a little dog. This was perfect! It is located right behind Mike’s grocery store, so we were able to pop over and get whatever we needed. It is so close to everything we love at Bear Lake. It was impeccably clean and provided all the amenities we needed and more.
