"We had a wonderful stay! The setting of the property, amongst those green Basque Country hills, is gorgeous and the building itself has an air of old world charm. "Das Haus ist ein Teil einer Einheit mit drei Apartments. Alles weitere ist wie angegeben. Die grosse Terasse ist nicht einsehbar, so dass man den Ausblick ungestört genießen kann. "This home was even better than expected. Iker was a fabulous host—communication was easy with google translate, and Iker was always so quick to respond. The house was updated, spotless, and we loved walking the neighborhood—it was full of beautiful landscapes and homes. It was conveniently located right next to a gas station with food. I cannot recommend this home enough. I wish I could live there! 10/10!"

"A beautiful traditional Basque house in lovely gardens and with spectacular views across the valley. The house was well and thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable. It was in the countryside without being remote, peaceful yet only 10 minutes from the nearest village. We loved watching the views across the valley and exploring nearby countryside, and were delighted to discover a top-class restaurant only 10 minutes walk up the hill! "Apartment style hotel. Good sized, comfortable rooms. We did not cook but the unit had a cook top and seemed to have all the cooking supplies you'd need. If you are facing the main street it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic and nearby cafes but it's only an issue if the windows are open. There's a laundry facility that you pay via and app that was much appreciated and the machines worked well. The hotel has onsite parking with a typically tight Spanish parking garage. There is a public lot literally next door so I would compare prices before deciding where to go. There are quite a few cafe, restaurants, and some takeaways nearby but it's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the heart of the old city, which is very nice and has all kinds of dining options. The tram also runs with a few blocks of the hotel if you need to go farther afield. We would stay here again."

"Very helpful staff with a lovely clean lobby. The attendant at the desk s as poke multiple languages. She was very helpful in telling us about the city and good places to visit and eat. The rooms were spacious and the shower good. It was quiet. I would only all that the hotel allow customers to darken the LED light on the thermostat because it was so bright at night that we woke up from the glow. There is a mini fridge if that is something you need! Great breakfast! "
