"The hotel is clean and nice, maybe closer to 3 than 4 stars. Service is excellent. We changed the room from the street side to backyard side due to the traffic noise. "The outside door would not lock. It was enclosed with bars. The manager refused to help with a taxi saying: "I don't know. I don't know." There was very loud music next door until 01:30 am BOOM, BOOM, BOOM bass. There appeared to be an elevator but it was up some stairs. There are much better places for the same or lower price."
