"Absolutely love the staff here, they’re very kind and accommodating. The concierge men are the best, so helpful with booking excursions and touring Bangkok. The room and facilities are clean and modern. The location is the best, you can get to any and everything easily. There are always trusted taxi services right outside."

"Great hotel, with easy access to anything. I stayed here twice on this trip. First stay was on nana plaza side… very loud till 3am so don’t pick this side unless you plan on being up…. Second stay was on the opposite side. Amazing room and nice and quiet. Staff was great, very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again "

"Clean rooms. Excellent service. Very friendly staffs and helpful staffs despite some struggle with English. Corridor carpets feels a bit old and might need some maintenance as it’s bludging out and trip hazard. Room service food is good. Breakfast buffet doesn’t have a huge variety but it’s still taste great! Definitely be back here when I come to Bangkok again. Great value. "
