"The hotel room at Cherry Valley Hotel was just okay. The room floor had stains on it, which is to be expected from a hotel room. The beds were comfortable to sleep on. There was no remote to the tv to be found at all. At one point, I had text the front desk asking for a remote and some extra blankets and pillows and I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't in the room, and they came when I was gone, but nothing was left by the door. When we were checking in, we were early, and I am aware rooms aren't always available when you're early, but it was worth a shot. The front desk receptionist wasn't the friendliest. Maybe she was having a bad day. Also, we had a ground floor room, and the locks heading outside on the inside of the door were broken and ripped out of the wall. On the back patio, there was trash and cigarette butts all over it. The view wasn't good, as it was facing the parking lot and the greenery was overgrown, so I didn't send my kids out there (plus the trash). Maybe this hotel doesn't charge as much as normal, but since there was a dance comp there that weekend, I feel like the money I paid was not worth the stay."

"This motel was terrible. I demanded a refund after we went to another motel. I was denied a refund. After I was told by assistant manager we would get one. I would not even give this place a one star rating. It is used as a living establishment not a hotel company. The photos are inadequate. They are even what the motel appears to be."

"“Honestly, this place was excellent for my daughters. One of them is sensitive to noise, and the peaceful atmosphere this place offers is amazing. We spent the entire day at the pool and had a wonderful time. The breakfast was delicious, and the service and staff were outstanding as well. We will definitely come back without hesitation.”"
