Mohican Family SpaceHaven

Located in the center of downtown Loudonville, this charming second floor rental sleeps up to 8 adults. It is conveniently located for canoeing, hiking, horseback riding, and area attractions such as Malabar Farms, Amish communities, and various Country markets. The unit is full of local flair, beautifully decorated, and lots of photos of the animals we raise on our Texas Longhorn Ranch.
It is very spacious and offers an outdoor deck, Keurig, an updated kitchen, air conditioning, laundry, and two full baths. Also have a grill on the deck for you to use as much as you prefer.
The entire Place, including the back porch.
located on West Main st. there is lots to do around here when the weather is nice, Mohican is only 5 min, movie theatre is around the corner, and a bike trail just down the road.
to get around downtown you are within walking distance of most of the little shops on Main st. also a bike trail going from town out to Mohican Adventures. There is no shuttle service in town.

Family meet up

We love this rental as it is close to local family and nature options. Met up with family for art festival and enjoyed the outdoors. This rental is larger than you think and nicely furnished. All the amenities and close to walk the downtown shops and restaurant.

Stayed just one night after a girls trip floating on the river. This place was really pretty, reasonable and close to River companies and quaint downtown area.

Wonderful getaway

We loved our stay here!!! The hosts are incredibly accommodating and communicative. The space is beautiful and well cared for. Very spacious and comfortable !! Extremely easy to get in and out of, and we loved being on the main strip. The coffee shop across the way and pizza down the road we're awesome too! We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area and would stay again.
