Staff was very kind & the whole room was clean. Awesome location as well. There is occasionally a very cute dog who will be with reception, he loves a good belly rub. The rooms are smaller but thats super common in europe, especially if its not a chain like marriott or hilton (but the big chains dont have nearly as much character as the independent/ boutique hotels) 100% recommend staying here!

This hotel is in a prime location for walking to all the Galway destinations. I loved the large bath towels! There is also AC, which was nice during an Irish heat wave. Nespresso coffee is provided as well as tea and Irish bottled water. Quiet and quaint.

The room was exactly what I needed, typical European small shower to be expected. Good location for walking and great Scon place across the street for a quick breakfast before grabbing a tour (a 4 minute walk to Wild Atlantic Tours).

The staff are very friendly and helpful! The hotel is very clean and the rooms had everything we needed! Shower was amazing, linens were excellent quality, bed very comfortable. Wifi was strong. Close to everything. Honestly. Not one negative thing to say. 10/10. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Room was clean and had air conditioning. Shower was good, no complaints. Lifts worked, great access to downtown. I didn't book parking at the building but they validated parking at the near by parking garage so it gave a comparable rate.

An absolutely fantastic stay. We stayed in a snug room and it was plenty for what we needed it for. Shop just across the road, plenty of cafes and brilliant pubs nearby. Really close walk to the lanes. Amazing stay

The Lane was located within a two minute walk from the bus station. The receptionist was very friendly and showed us how to access the hotel after hours.
