"This was a very cute and spacious room, definitely had everything you needed, surprisingly a lot of storage if you brought a lot of items with you and wanted to just settle on in. "The hotel is very convenient to get into city Centre! Our first impression when walking into the hotel was very modern and beautiful, but when we got off the elevator on our floor I felt we were in a different hotel, it was dark and a little dated! I’m all about conserving energy but if I was traveling alone I would’ve felt a bit uneasy going to my room! The room was very clean…we were staying 2 nights, so we didn’t need housekeeping but they were very kind by leaving a bag outside our door...

"This property was really close to the rail station, and easy walking distance to old town/shopping. There is no air conditioning -so there is a need to keep the window open. Our room faced the street, but the music/noise from the bars did not quiet down till 2:00 am. Staff was great, proximity to old town was great. "

"This is a very well kept property. The staff is wonderful and the location is perfect, right at the Spanish Gate and Quay St. there are unlimited dining and shopping opportunities. "The woman at the front desk was amazing. Our room was on the front of the hotel. When we checked in, we asked if it would be quiet because the street was crazy. The man at the front desk said the windows were triple pained. We were directly across from the Quay and didn't sleep all night. The woman moved us to a great room, gave us advice about where to eat and what to do."
