This is unfortunate. This guest contacted us only once about some ants she found in the kitchen. We responded immediately that we would be right over to take care of it (within minutes). She called right back to tell us not to come that she would handle it. We had no idea she continued to have issues and were surprised since we are on a routine schedule with an extermination company. The guests before her had not reported any ants and we would have liked the opportunity to rectify any problems.

Thank you for your kind words about our home! We wish you would’ve let us know about the curtain rod. It is brand new and probably just needs to be lengthened a bit to hold up. The cleaning service was surprised to arrive after your stay and find the front of a kitchen drawer laying in the floor. If you had an issue with it we would’ve appreciated a phone call so we could have it repaired quickly. Sleeper sofas are by nature firmer than a standard couch. Our sleeper sofa is practically brand new and that is exactly how it is supposed to feel. We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and hope you will be returning soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We were concerned about your comment about our deck railing so we sent someone right over. He reported back that the railing was fine. It was just painted a few weeks ago and he said it is very sturdy so we don’t understand that comment. As far as flies go, that is typically the result of having the doors open too much. But everyone likes to have the doors open at the beach so that’s understandable. We wish you would’ve let us know that there was an issue with ants so we could attend to that. In any case we hope you had an enjoyable stay!
