"A lovely house on the hills just outside the centre of Stresa. Well equipped (except for an iron), though it would have helped if instructions on how to operate appliances were supplied. Clean and spacious, with beautiful views and a lovely garden.It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stresa from the property, but a 30 minute walk back, because it is all uphill!"

Zur Anreise: Der 100 Meter lange Schotterweg war kein Problem, allerdings sollte dieser Weg unbedingt geebnet werden. Zum Haus: Im Erdgeschoss überall Moskitonetze, typisch italienische Einrichtung mit relativ guten Betten und Matratzen. Es gibt 2 Klimaanlagen die sehr gut funktioniert haben. "We very much enjoyed our stay. We organised this very last minute and Illaria was swift in replying and very helpful indeed throughout our stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The village is sweet and the starting point for lovely walks. We ate in good restaurants nearby Orta which is beautiful. Even though we came late October early November the kids even jumped for a chilly dip in the pool. I would recommend a stay here "

"We had a wonderful time - we had a group of 8 with parents and 20 something kids - so the three separate living spaces all connected worked really well for us. Only surprise was the hill to get up to the location with little taxi/uber etc service - so we got our steps in ! Also the hosts were extremely helpful with arranging cars etc to get around. The house is really beautiful and well equipped and the views were gorgeous!"
