"Was iffy about the condition of the house because of that one review, turns out the house was in great condition!! Everything was clean, thermostat, hot water, everything works great!! It was all 12 of us and we all slept comfortable. Host was very kind, perfect to place to rent if you wanna be in the middle of downtown laffy. Parking fit 4 vehicles comfortable. Lock works great. The gate was comforting to have. Great stay. "

"We had an amazing room. The staff went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The first room we were going to stay in was too cold due to the unexpected cold snap in Louisiana. It was very cute but the warm room we were moved to was very lovely as well. It was beautifully clean. We had a wonderful sleep in the quiet, warm room. We enjoyed our lovely breakfast along side other guests. We loved our tour of the main house. We learned so much. Thank you We are very grateful for the food recommendations. We bought a Amaretto Walnut King cake from Keller’s Bakery. Wow! Amazing!"

"I can say only positive thing was clean sheets. The location was terrible, all night and days between traffic noise and it was no sleep for us. One of the bed broke and we contact the Vrbo, owner came over 11pm banging the door. The first lies was they said they call my phone. They are not allowed to contact me. Even they came, they did not fixed the bed. They came for fixing the internet which it was nothing to do with us. They have another rental behind us has problems so they came in and fixed other problems. It was 11pm. They should not come in first place. And when they are leaving, they will fix the bed. They did not come back and fix the bed. That’s another lie. The both rental looks awful. No clean yard or nothing. The trash can was full. The water pressure was bad and it was hard to take a shower or brush the teeth. The one of the house roof was really bad and I was afraid of water leaks. I would not stay with them or any of there properties. It was nothing about nightmare. "
