"Great location and friendly staff. Highly recommended. The guy that help check us in forgot the special perks that Expedia members get, like the free wine and room upgrade if available but it was easily resolve the next day I mention about it and deliver the complementary bottle of wine to our room. There was a storm and power was out, the backup generator only covers lights in our room, so we don’t have AC for a few days."

"Stayed here for a week and was a pleasant stay. It’s about 25-30 mins from airport, and literally 2 steps from the beach. You have OXXO and pharmacies that are steps away. And Zona romantica is about 10 min walk. Everything is within walking distance. Resort has multiple pools on each floor and live entertainment on select days."
